Do not buy anything from them. They screw you over and have their products made in china and never tell you. They delay their shipments by weeks and when it gets returned to sender they will not refund even though there is proof from the post office. Worst customer experience of my life. And that says a lot from someone who does a lot of online shopping

I design and sell shower curtains for the brand Metro Shower Curtains (metroshowercurtains.com) and was upset to find that Nhala home has pirated my designs for use on their products without my permission or knowledge, at presumably a much lower quality, as they do not have access to my high resolution art / print files. This is theft. Please do not buy anything from this company.

Scam scam scam I ordered a rug and it has been over 4 weeks and it still hasn't been sent to a usps store to be shipped to me I contacted them several times and they told me what I already knew the shipping label was created and is awaiting arrival at a usps store and to calm down so I now contacted my bank and disputed the charges I'm so aggravated this website is a complete scam do not order 😑

Ordered a simple yin yang tapestry and can't get over how poorly it is made. The yin yang symbol is squished, not circular. It's not even centered. Novice graphic design errors. I don't even want my $20 back.

Dishonest, ordered a gift before Thanksgiving, it took 7 weeks to arrive to recipient, I was lied to repeatedly about tracking numbers, shipping times, etc. It wasn't until I finally asked my bank to intervene that the item suddenly became "in route" after it went back and forth the United States a couple times. The item received was so poor quality, the design and clarity looked horrible, nothing like the website photo. When I contacted customer service, they insulted me and told me there was nothing wrong with it, when clearly there was, anyone who looks at it next to something clearly printed can see the design and print was completely blurry and off. The fabric wasn't even acceptable for a table setting, it was more of a shower curtain polyester - when they finally agreed for me to send it back, they provided no information that was legible in English, I questioned several times about sending it to one of the United States places it circulated after coming in from VN, and they refused the return. Almost $62.00 for something you could buy here in the States for under $10. And there is no "customer service" only an email address and you have to wait days for them to respond. And the LIES! telling me it was an individual custom made order, the excuses for the delays, etc. Horrible Horrible Horrible experience all around - I will continue to challenge with the banks and the Better Business Bureau - very unfair and deceptive

Total scam artists. The merchandise they picture is not what you will receive and they will change the description to match what they send so you have no recourse. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Update after their reply,

Company has absolutely no interest in pleasing customer. They pulled a total bait and switch. Showed a photo of a 3D glass ornament and sent a photo of it on a 2 D piece of plastic!! You can’t make this up. Glad I was only scammed out of $20.

Item was not as described. What was shipped looks like a cheap knock-off compared to the photo on the website. When contacted, the store told me that items may vary from product shots. That is not stated on the website!

I attempted to contest the issue with PayPal unsuccessfully as the store fought back. They finally settled on a refund if I were to pay return shipping . . . to a Vietnam address. That's practically the cost of the item I purchased! Add that to time and effort to return, and I might as well accept I lost money and trash it.

It's also worth noting that the website states "Almost all of our products are produced in the USA", but mine came from an international address and was not manufactured in the USA.

Do not trust this website.

Excellent communication regarding logistic services. High quality product. Satisfied with the product, it was a holiday gift, receiver was very happy, and so am I.

The rug is beautiful. A bit thinner than I expected but beautiful. Decided to buy a larger one for Christmas next year

I really appreciated the good customer service and how you guys stayed in touch to assure me that my order was coming. Its very cute and though it came a few days late (but that was due to shipping in these times) it is still much appreciated and thank you!

This website is a rip off! I bought a $130 rug for my nursery and the quality is awful. It’s equivalent to a $30 bath mat! Their website states you have 30 days from the time the item is received to return for a refund. It then states that some items are exempt from a refund and to “read below” but there is nothing below stating what items would be exempt. I emailed customer service and they told me “ After receiving your feedback, we can't refund you bc the package was right to the order.” Awful.

I do like the window drapes, they are made well. The price was reasonable. The customer service was great. They emailed me back when I had questions about delivery.

Not gonna lie, I expected this to be one of those crappy cheap tapestries but it’s actually very nice quality. It’s a nice fabric, almost similar to suede. The colors are beautiful and it looks just like the picture. Overall very happy with my purchase especially for the price.

I wish I had read the reviews before I spend $96 for a sherpa blanket. When I finally received it it was a little $10 fleece blanket. I tried to contact the company and never received a response. This was a complete rip off. I am in agreement with the customer who said the great reviews for this company have to be posted by employees or friends of employees. I have never been so frustrated. To receive a $10 dollar store blanket after spending close to $100 with no contact with the company and no one even making contact to get me what I actually ordered showed me it was a complete scam. I've been looking for unique window curtains for a very long time. I finally found at this store. Stylish, well-made, I am extremely happy with my purchase. Since they are also quite affordable, I'm now shopping for more.

I'm living my new curtain and rug. My curtains are a little long because I didn't know the correct measurements but the colors are beautiful. The shipping took about a week. I'm a satisfied customer

I ordered curtains and it took longer delivery then stated and then I received a message saying they were delivered to my post box and they NEVER showed up..the only way to contact customer service is by email and they NEVER responded..there was a tracking number and it said you contact my USPS for any issues but the tracking number can not be used with my post office..SCAMED

Excellent customer service to select the proper size and type of mural. The employees are extremely helpful and timely in returning emails. Sturdy shipping container that protected the contents. The products I purchased are now hanging in my home and they look amazing. The products are economical and a real eye catcher.
I will definitely be purchasing from your company again.

I ordered a window curtain, I was bit confused when I order because the price was much cheaper other stores, but after receiving my window curtain I was very happy with the product. High quality product and affordable price, definitely recommended
