Thank you for your review.
When obtaining a price online we have two options available for our customers to use.
The first option is a price based just on the actual weight of the parcel and the second option is more advanced and requires you to enter your parcels dimensions and weights.
With some services the price may change with the dimensions depending on the size of these.
When obtaining a quote if you enter your parcels dimensions and weights using the advanced quote section this would show you the price with your parcels sizes and weights entered and not just the entered weight.

Parcel charge ripoff
I sent a box to Japan it was 2 kilo I got a charge of 16 pounds as they said it weighed 2.01 and they charge you a extra kilo in price if you go over the 2 kilo by the smallest amounts I asked for written proof they give you nothing . I won't be using again

As a company we always try to be as transparent as possible. We advise during the booking process that all weights and dimensions must be rounded up.
If the courier advises that an item is 2.01kg rather than 2kg, we would be billed 3kg by the courier, therefore all weights must be rounded up. However, we do not charge our customers for this level of variance as we understand there can be a variation in scale calibrations.
We can see that you have an outstanding balance for two bookings, and evidence from the courier has been supplied to you through email. If you are unable to view this please advise us by replying to our emails and we will be more than happy to send this through in an alternative format.

Excellent price, great service.
I saved approximately £30 sending a parcel via Postagesupermarket instead of using Parcel force direct. The parcel was picked up the following day and delivered 2 working days later, just as it said on the tin!.
Will definitely be using them again.

Excellent value
I wanted to send a parcel to rural Majorca from Scotland and Postagesupermarket were the cheapest by far. I dropped the parcel off at a local store and was given a code number to track my parcel. It took two weeks to arrive but there was no urgency and my friend was delighted to receive the parcel in perfect condition. I would certainly use this service again.

First class service
Sent 2 parcels to Menorca. Picked up at around 4 p.m. on The Friday and was received on Tuesday morning.
Staff very helpful. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

THE tea set I posted
THE tea set I posted, which was wrapped very well each item bubble wrapped separately, arrived smashed to pieces.
Whoever delivered it must have played football with it, although it was marked "FRAGILE"
I had to refund the purchase in full plus postage, so I lost out big time.
I will never use your services again.

We sent a shipment out from Germany to…
We sent a shipment out from Germany to Mallorca on 27th of March. There was an address query where we asked for details of the local depot so to contact them directly which took days for a response and then this information was wrong and no contact could be made. This lasted a couple of weeks before we were informed they had already started the return process.
We made a complaint with a manager who was disrespectful and took no responsibility or tried to apologise for our inconvenience and told us there was nothing we could do but wait. As a company trying to help our own customers, this was ridiculous and we only hoped for the return as soon as possible for our customer waiting patiently.
We chased twice and were only informed there was no further information, we then said this was no longer good enough and where were the goods and the response was they have no control over landmark returns and they can take up to 6 months! Atrocious customer service, they don't even know where it is!!! How can anything take that long?!

We provide our customers with tracking number for their parcels in order for them to track their goods and advise us if there is any issues with them. Unfortunately the delivery agents will only hold the goods for a limited period of time which we have no control over, and once the return process has been started we are unable to stop this.
We can see that on this occasion, the goods were held for 12 days before being returned. Unfortunately this item was not queried until 9 days after the goods had tracked as having an address query.
We can see that the requested information was emailed through to the email on your account straight after your telephone call, we apologise that this was the incorrect email to send the correspondence to as you later advised us. The information provided was straight from the delivery agents website, you can view this telephone number at http://help.seur.com/category/customer-support-atencion-al-cliente/
As a company we try to be as transparent as possible and therefore we do advise on our website that this particular couriers returns process can take up to six months.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused, unfortunately we are unable to speed up the returns process. As soon as we receive your goods back from the courier we will advise you.
