You can ring and speak to a real person straight away. The one I spoke to was very friendly. Very helpful and very efficient. They sorted out my delivery in a timely manner and the price was good too.

They failed to Collect... at all!
I booked same day delivery, it didn't happen. They did not respond to my 2 requests for a call back, and only emailed a day later asking me to find tracking number!! On 3rd day I drove parcel to Delivery office, as you cannot get through on phone. A stressful, bad experience I won't put myself through again. Was then told that they don't guarantee the service I paid for. Beware, if you need to chase them it's very difficult, time consuming, frustrating, and for me expensive on my time and my business reputation.

Estimated time was between 13-17 days…
Estimated time was between 13-17 days for my selected service, however, the parcel came in a week. Which was a pleasant surprise.
Collected the parcel from the door too, and were very quick.
Only reason giving it a 4 star rating is because two delivery companies dealt with my parcel. I don't mind that at all, parcel force were really quick to update the tracking information. However, it was the other company which lacked in updating the tracking information in a timely manner, and I missed the parcel delivery at home as i was not expecting it. It was Landmark global company. They did however update the tracking information once the parcel was delivered to my local post office.
Overall, was a good experience and would recommend it.

If everything goes well you print off…
If everything goes well you print off your Postage supermarket ticket with no bar code. Driver comes to collect and puts ticket on
However if for what ever reason at all you are not there for the collection, they have you over a barrel. As you can not drop off to some other place like with parcel force you can drop at any post office, but as the driver has the ticket you are out of luck.
they just charge you £8.50 for no collection charge and you start again and have to pay and book your collection again
Personally all seems very unfair the £8.50 charge and then you still can not do anything with your parcel at all

Really good prices
Really good prices, only thing is sometimes you have to wait for documents to come through so you can print off the Lable which takes a while which can be inconvenient at times, normally says WAITING FOR COURIERS RESPONSE- but still 5 stars 🤩 from mee 👍 hope you guys can fix this
