If I could give a big fat zero to this…
If I could give a big fat zero to this company then I would.
Right. I don't even know where to begin. I booked with them 3 parcels (2 tvs and my imac) to be shipped over with TNT economy from Cyprus to the UK and they were meant to arrive in the UK on the 20th of March.
Firstly all 3 parcels were sent to the wrong address and for 2 whole days they were trying to deliver them at the wrong address (they actually made 3 attempts for delivery).
Then they delivered my the 2 parcels as the 3 one was left behind for some reason in which the TV was shuttered to pieces.
A few days later the 3 parcel arrived which luckily was alright.
Then I started an email argument with postagesupermarket as I bought insurance for my parcels but "obviously" it was my responsibility to ship over those items as they are considered frigile. Need to say that I boxed up all of the above in their original boxes, with the polysterene inside and then bubble-wrapped the boxes as well but according to postagesupermarket that wasn't enough to sustained a small shock as they said on their email.
I don't know why on earth you pay insurance, you state on your insurance that you are shipping tvs and imac but obviously (again) nobody checks on their end what kind of items you are shipping and it falls on you to be the wiser. They definitely didn't have any problem taking my money but apparently, they do have a problem paying up when they have to.
Avoid this company like the plague.

Do not use this company
Do not use this company, yes they claim all deliveries are done by a 3rd party - which they are - but if your item is returned for any reason it goes to them, NOT YOU and they place a surcharge on this before charging you again to get your items back. £180 (3 small packages) surcharge even before charging for the return of the items.
Avoid or use at your own risk.

Charging 60 quid extra for a parcel…
Charging 60 quid extra for a parcel that was slightly larger. Even paying the bigger parcel service was only an extra 20 quid. 40 quid admin charge i suspect. Will NOT USE again

The most horrible service. We have lost the package and they took extra money for delivering the package. Now, customs are asking so much money on top of PostageSupermarket.com charges, we can't afford to pay.

I made a mistake by sending a box…
I made a mistake by sending a box larger and heavier than what I had booked. Postagesupermarket were quick to alert me of the issue and explain to me the cheapest /way for me to proceed. They were very communicative and quick in their responses. I was charged an admin fee for this of £25. Overall a cheap efficient service.
