I was very impressed that parcel 1of2…
I was very impressed that parcel 1of2 arrived in Vietnam within 8 days, The second parcel was 17 days but this was due to the parcel being subject to eacessive water and had to be reboxed by customs. However this cannot be blamed on Postage super market.
When ever I spoke to anyone in your office thet were very helpful and polite. Will definitely use you again.

Description of service said that £50 of cover was included but when I listed the items value at £10 I was asked for an extra £4.70 to insure it: That is nearly half the value of the item!
PostageSupermarket will also not let you buy postage without creating an account. This is something that should be a choice.
All I need for a one off parcel is a postage label and an emailed receipt.

Inadequate, patronising, unregulated
Appalling service,
My parcel was left for three weeks in a locker where I left it for a pick up.
I have been trying to claim a compensation since July 2019.
Two letters by recorded delivery, no replies from the company.
First letter was received and signed for but ignored.
Second letter prompted them to reply.
Be very careful, this company is not regulated by any regulatory body which means they are not answerable to anyone.
Reply from a lady was inadequate and patronising.

sadly I get the impression this company…
sadly I get the impression this company make their money by claiming packages have been underpaid. I double checked the sizes and weight and still they have advised it was over and I'm to pay a £60 charge. The original postage was about £15 so do the maths.

lost parcel claim denied
my parcel was farmed out to inpost who then farmed it out to dhl who were unable to deliver so was sent back to inpost but asmy contact was with postage supermarket it took weeks of emails and phone calls between the three companies involved who all had different tracking numbers andno idea where the parcel was ,so i put in a claim which was declined because it was 7days past the attempted delivery date .

Seem to be reliable and are much cheaper for heavier parcels than going directly to ParcelForce. Have used Postage Supermarket twice without complaint. My one question would be why the return address in case of non-delivery is their office address? Why wouldn't the parcel be returned to the sender?

For collection services, in the event of a return the goods would go back to the senders address. For drop off services, as the account with the couriers is in our name and registered to our address, the goods are returned back to ourselves. This is the same for the majority of our couriers.

loss 2 parcels.(£140 each!) and refund only the shipping

1 month after many emails, proof, invoice... they have lost it
reply from customer service
"We are unfortunately out of time to submit any claims for these shipments, but will refund your shipping for both of these shipments."
this company is a joke, I will go to court now and stop using them

I booked a parcel to the States, and it arrived within half of the anticipated time.
Price wise it is affordable, especially for small independent designers. A service I totally recommend.
