AVOID using this company,lost parcel (worth £500) 7 months ago and still haven't received any compensation for it.Not recommended....note(after this rate on website one hour later they finally contacted me and compensated by contract condition standard refund £50)

Excellent service, great prices

After a parcel was lost for over 5 months, (having no attempted delivery at all, so neither my customer or myself accountable for the failed delivery), I was after around 3 months sent compensation for the failed delivery. The parcel has now turned up at their depot and I am being asked to now pay to arrange a courier to bring the item back to me. Absolutely ridiculous and out of touch policy. I will be paying for the inconvenience of having a failed and delayed order going to my customer (making me look bad) for an item to have left the factory for 6 months and then returned, hopefully unopened. They say they don't have the facility to be able to send it back to me free of charge. No other brokers I have used have been so bad at dealing with lost items. I have another parcel lost for 5 months currently, they have refunded the failed delivery cost a couple of weeks ago, but the item is still missing.
Cheap, but they clearly make their money back in other ways.

Have used postage supermarket several times, before and never had a problem but this time very disappointed. I realise there will be delays at present but my parcel was collected on 22.3.20 for delivery to South Korea, tracking number LTN111088796N1 and as far as I can see location is BEBRUA,
have tried phoning and emailing but no reply, would just like to know where it is and some idea of delivery time as it is birthday cards and presents for my daughters birthday on the 13th.

I am possibly Postage Supermarkets longest using customer having used this company for well over 15 years and saving thousands of pounds in this time. Postage Supermarket is an intermediary / agent for a number of postage companies including ParcelForce, DHL, TNT, dpd and more (you should always read these companies terms and conditions before sending items as they apply)
The Staff at Postage Supermarket are friendly, helpful and professional in what they do. A fantastic company that has gone from strength to strength over the years.

I sent a very large parcel from the UK to Japan by sea freight, and it got there safe and sound with no problems.

Booked a collection, but didn't receive any confirmation email or time that they will collect my parcel so I am stuck in the house on my last day in UK. The office isn't picking up any calls.

Appalling complaints service - Item arrived broken on 20th Jan 2020, spoke to Rachel who asked for photos & details - sent in next day 21st Jan - she said it would take up to 30 days to resolve claim. Chased on 26th Feb having heard nothing Rachel said she would get back to me - she did not - chased again 11 March spoke to Michelle. 12th March e-mail from Rachel rejecting the claim as item was ceramic & that is prohibited. Why did she not just tell me that on 20th Jan, instead of wasting mine & the recipients time! Having now read the prohibited items list I doubt you could find anything you are allowed to post with Postage Supermarket! so I suspect they ever pay for damage - Strongly recommend you DO NOT use this business

I have two boxes stalled in transit in the uk. I have sent two emails seeking an explanation, but no reply. I am completely in the dark! They are LTN108971407N1 and LTN109605496N1.

This is a wonderful service - jut what we need in the UK for heavy parcels. I have used them twice now UK to Cyprus and both times the parcel has arrived earlier than expected. With my first experience I found their process quite confusing but after a quick phone call to very helpful and friendly staff I quickly grasped how to do things. The second parcel was a lot easier. Will definitely use them again, especially with a grandson living abroad. Thanks to all at Postage Supermarket.

I was too naive to trust them and it turned out to be a the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

It turns out they have terrible working relationships with those real delivery companies. And if anything happens they blame you, blame the delivery company and they look for scapegoat but themselves did nothing wrong but ask you pay for your returning from their website again?! How shameless!?

Brilliant. Arrived to Korea South in eight days. No problems with communication. Would use them again.

The worst courier company that can exist. DON'T waste your time and money, they lose your packages, their locker rooms are blocked, with the staff is very difficult to communicate.
Do not have the impression that you will save money with them, they are cheap and very very low quality.
The horrible services, very disappointed!
