I made an enquiry following an unexpected delay in my delivery. This was immediately rectified and the order was prioritised for delivery the next day...with an added treat! Fab customer service - thank you Bianca.

Absolutely love this brand, my beloved dog Rosa has a sensitive tummy and this brand is the only one that she’s happy with so thank you so much for this. However the delivery (DPD) even though really fast to arrive, broke the lock off my gate (I have no photographic evidence so can’t complain), Rosa is an escape artist so I now have my heavy bin in the way to prevent it from opening and with disabilities this isn’t ideal as this gate needs to be used.

Pur visla goes nuts for the fish chews, keep him busy for a while too!

I'm quite a new customer to Pooch & Mutt, the products I've bought so far have been devoured by my dogs , so already a big fan .
My review today is actually about Jess from their customer service department.
I had an issue yesterday, sent an email after 4pm , wasn't expecting a response for a couple of days ,but in less than 24 hours and a couple of very quickly responded to emails, everything had been sorted .
Every business needs a Jess !!
One happy customer and more importantly 3 happy dogs.

I have a subscription to pooch & mutt for our dogs and they love it, they are in great condition and their coats are beautiful! I had an issue with our delivery due to our road being closed. I emailed them and got a response the same day, they sent an urgent replacement straight away 😊 no complaints at all!

My puppy loves the treats and she’s mad for the spirulina dental sticks . We got her the probiotic and her poo looks fine now ( it used to be quite runny before) . Had an issue with an order - got some wrong stuff and missing items , but I emailed their customer service and Bianca was very helpful and quickly resolved the issue! Thx Bianca ! We will defo continue buy pooch and mutt for our doggy

Stocked up on about 5 packs of my dogs favourite peanut butter dental sticks and the recipe must have changed because they are a different colour slightly and she won’t touch them :(

My dog has been having pooch and mutt for years now. Prior to trying pooch and mutt he would go off all new foods after a few weeks but we’re still going strong years later. Whilst being fed pooch and mutt we also learnt he has an allergy to some proteins but luckily they have so many different options to choose from we’ve been able to continue to use it.

Excellent customer service and timely response to queries.
We have the supplement for joint support which seems to be helping ☺️

My Shih Tzu has loved their treats since a pup, then went on the slim & slender food after gaining weight during covid and has been on their food ever since. When we adopted our senior dog she also went on the food and loved it. She was diagnosed with kidney disease in 2023 and went onto their renal food improving her numbers immediately and I hold it responsible for keeping her disease stable for the last three years.

Forever a lover of Pooch and Mutt. No rubbish, especially when it comes to the quality of their food, knowledge and customer service. you can tell they are an expert (and friendly) bunch. Thank you for always supplying me and Ted with the best food and service🐶🐾

My dog loves pooch and mutt wet and dry food and always cleans her bowl every time.
When I order the food come within two days

Changed branding and changed ingredients. I have a Husky that after the change her whole face swelled up, tear stains and stopped wanting to eat, was lethargic and depressed. The food is not good, dont risk it.

I’ve been feeding Pooch & Mutt for over 5 years now and love how the company has continued to grow and develop. There have been plenty new products over the last few months too and it’s been great to add some more variety to my dogs diet.

Tasty healthy treats! My cocker has a sensitive stomach and these treats have been great. She absolutely loves the cheddar cheese dental sticks

My mini poodle is a huge fan of the treats and they have been really good on her stomach too. Super quick delivery which is always appreciated!

A** Toffee absolutely loves Pooch and Mutt treats. We love how excited she gets when the treats come out. Her faves are the meaty skin and coat treats!

My dogs love their Pooch & Mutt products…. We use all their treats, the dogs have never turned one down!! Also use the supplements, the joint and bone care powder, and the joint tablets, after one of ours had IVDD 3 times, 4 years ago….. we also use the small dog kibble …. But their absolute favourite, is the Christmas range, the main fav, the advent calendar!!!

We've been using Pooch & Mutt for our dogs for quite a while now, and we've been really impressed with both the products and the service.
