Crazy bad company
I thought I was done with this company after the debacle with the Sauna that arrived with a tree sticking out. Then a new sauna arrived the second time with a broken roof. Unfortunately 2 years ago I ordered a hot tub from them. The fastenings to the door which hold in the glass broke. I ordered another door. Paid on 22nd September. Chased a few times, and today i'm told there was a "glitch" in the system and it hasn't ever been ordered, 9 weeks after paying. I wouldn't trust any of the positive reviews are genuine.

As you mentioned, the door on your hot tub, which you have had for two years, has unfortunately broken. We did explain that we do not hold spare parts in stock, and that all components need to be ordered directly from the production and this can take indeed several weeks. On this occasion, there was an unexpected technical issue which caused a delay in the process.
As soon as we became aware of the problem and received your message, we took immediate action to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

J'ai acheté un sauna il 6 mois environ
J'ai acheté un sauna il 6 mois environ; Nous l'avons testé une fois et c'était OK. Juste après l'utilisation, la porte s'est mise à s'ouvrir et
et impossible de la fermer à moins de mettre un cadenas à l'extérieur. J'ai contacté le service après vente qui m'ont répondu que c'était normal car le bois travail (Euhhhhh). J'. Pour sur quand on crée un tel sauna à ce prix , on tient compte de ce facteur.
J'ai montré le montage de la porte à deux menuisiers qui ne pouvaient rien faire à par changer la porte. Ils ont tous les deux constaté que les gongs n'étaient pas alignés
L'équipe d'installation était très sympa mais ils ont oublié d'installer la gouttière et idem ils se sont déresponsabilisés de l' erreur (photos à l'appui)
En attendant on doit bloquer la porte avec une bûche de l'extérieur et il y a toujours des fuites d'air chaud
Sinon le service marketing et SAV n'est pas réactif, même à donner un RV un jour férié en Suède ou ne pas répondre car le représentant France 'est en vacance'.
Vraiment déçue par le produit et le service et encore plus par leur réponse ci dessous. D'un seul coup ils se réveillent et prétendent que je ne réponds pas à mes emails alors que tous mes emails, photo à l'appui et appels ont fait face à un refus catégorique de prendre tout responsabilité. Voici leur réponse "Il ne s'agit donc pas d’un défaut, mais d’une phase naturelle d’ajustement que nous observons régulièrement.
Votre produit est conforme, et aucun suivi supplémentaire n’est nécessaire à ce stade."

Merci d’avoir partagé votre expérience. Votre sauna est toujours sous garantie et je fais de mon mieux pour résoudre cette situation. Je vous ai contacté plusieurs fois par téléphone et par e-mail, mais je n’ai malheureusement pas eu de réponse de votre part.
La porte qui ne se ferme plus correctement n’est évidemment pas normale, et je souhaite régler ce point rapidement pour vous. Nous avons également noté l’oubli de la gouttière et nous sommes prêts à intervenir pour corriger cela.
Je reste disponible pour convenir d’un créneau qui vous arrange. Il vous suffit de répondre à l’un de mes emails ou de nous rappeler.

Mycket besviken på leveransen och hanteringen
Vi beställde ett garage från Polhus. När hantverkarna monterade garaget upptäckte vi att garageportsdörrarna saknades i leveransen. Det tog sedan över två månader innan Polhus levererade dörrarna, vilket gjorde att bygget blev kraftigt försenat. Vi tvingades lägga extra tid och pengar på att hitta nya hantverkare som kunde ta sig ut till ytterskärgården när dörrarna väl kom.
Trots detta vägrar Polhus ge någon form av kompensation, trots att Konsumentköplagen (2022:260) kap. 5 § 9–10 och kap. 6 § 1 tydligt anger att konsumenten har rätt till ersättning för skada som orsakas av dröjsmål eller fel.
Mycket dåligt hanterat och bristfällig kundservice.

Vi förstår verkligen att det har varit frustrerande att vänta på garageportsdörrarna. Det är verkligen inte så vi vill att våra kunder ska behöva ha det.
Polhus följer Konsumentköplagen och ersätter skador som uppstår på grund av dröjsmål eller fel. Vi ersätter utlägg på material som kan styrkas med kvitto och tar självklart upp ärendet igen om det visar sig att felet ligger hos oss.
Vi hoppas att vi kan lösa detta på bästa sätt!

Er miste ramen bij onze bestelling, ik maakte mij zorgen dat het een “dat is jullie probleem” werd maar ik kan niet anders zeggen dat de Nederlandse rep het uitstekend en correct heeft opgepakt!

Väldigt besviken kund
I paketet vi fick från Polhus saknades/fungerade inte flera delar och vid flera samtal med supporten blev vi lovade ersättning för det vi behövde köpa men när vi skickade in vår faktura så var det ingen som kändes vid detta. Är väldigt besvikna eftersom huset blev mycket dyrare och arbetet med att sätta upp det tog mycket längre tid. Såg nu svaret från Polhus avseende shingeln till taket och 2 olika personer i supporten på Polhus lovade oss att vi skulle få ersättning för det andra taket som vi fick köpa istället för den felaktiga shingeln som men det stod de inte för när de fick fakturan på takpappen som vi satte dit istället. Shingeln skulle enligt Joakim värmas för att fastna men det var inte med på beskrivningen och inte heller på monteringsvideon som istället visade att det skulle ryckas bort 3 skyddslappar för klistret men det fanns bara en!

När det gäller shingeln, som du även tog upp i reklamationsärendet, kom vi fram till att det inte var något fel på själva produkten, utan att det snarare handlade om ett missförstånd kring hur shingeln monteras. Det är därför vi inte ersatte dig för shingeln som du själv köpt.
Vi hoppas att du i övrigt är nöjd med huset när allt kommit på plats och vi uppskattar att du delat dina synpunkter, så att vi kan fortsätta förbättra både våra produkter och vår kundsupport.

I purchased a wood fired sauna for my…
I purchased a wood fired sauna for my garden. Pre purchase I contacted Ahmed for advice on which stove to buy, he was very helpful and efficient.
I ordered and the goods arrived within 4 weeks (quicker than originally quoted). One piece of chimney damaged on arrival, Ahmed quickly sorted this for me. All in all excellent service and a superb sauna. I paid a professional chippy to build it, 4 full days work. I'm pleased I didn't do it myself, would have been quite fiddly and taken me a lot longer.

Terrible aftercare service.
Terrible aftercare service.
I signed for a sauna delivery unchecked.
They sent out damaged goods which were photograpged on opening of the pallet.
They tried to blame the courier for damage inside the pallet.
I have call logs of times when I tried to contact them. I have a independent witness statment and photographs of the pallet when opened with the damage evident.
It is not the point of the money I have to spend to replace the damaged glass door delivered it is the principal behind goodwill and aftersales service.
Which Polhus have none of.
Avoid buying unless on the day of delivery you can get the courier to wait while you open a 2400mm x 1200mm pallet with all elements to be checked.
You would need to allow at least 30 minutes and have a considerable space to place the contents of the pallet.
I am sure we have all experienced delivery drivers that will wait around for at least 30 minutes.

Be very careful about purchasing a…
Be very careful about purchasing a Sauna from Polhus. I would never usually review badly on Trust Pilot however the service and lack of customer service resulting in having to cancel my order after 5 weeks of awaiting delivery was shocking. Be very careful prior to giving Polhus your money. They won’t deliver on promise of 15-20 days and seems to be struggling with fulfilling orders, but will chase you to pay.

Lovad leverans till tomtgräns
Lovad leverans till tomtgräns. Blev ändrat till kyrkviken på Ornö till en kostnad av 1500 exklusive moms, alternativ hämta på Dalarö. Vi betalade för leverans till Kyrkviken fick besked om ändrad leverans till hamnen på Ornö. Hörde inget om att leveransen var gjord. Fick samtal av lokal Ornöbo att paket låg i Kyrkviken trots allt. Vi var inte på ön Fick hjälp av Ornöbo att levera varan till huset. Där ligger nu varorna. Vi har inte kommit längre

Jag beklagar att leveransen av ditt förråd från Storehaus inte gick helt smidigt. Vid leverans till en ö kan det bli många aktörer inblandade och informationen svår att tolka och få tydlig till alla inblandade.
Jag har gått igenom din leverans och ser att det också fanns en viss osäkerhet från början kring leveransadressen och den extra kostnaden för öleverans, eftersom den inte var med i den ursprungliga ordern.
