My sauna is pure joy, I could not be more happy. Well craft, great value for money and looks fabulous. If you enjoy the delights of a sauna you will not be disappointed. Customer service was outstanding from Katrina, we had a few issues with the shipping company but she was always available and helpful to resolve the issues (non of which were the fault of Polhus). I can not recommend them highly enough. My only regret, I should have bough from Polhus sooner.

Très bon service client. Ils conseillent et s’adaptent au mieux aux besoins du client. On attend notre sauna avec impatience 🙂

We are very pleased with our Polhus Narvic sauna. We found the company to be customer service focused, and Ahmed did all he could to help us make this happen.
Initially we ordered the Narvic to be delivered fully assembled (worth the extra). Before we ordered we wanted to be sure it could be put in place, (not kerbside delivery) communication was great, we sent photographs, video and measurements to ensure seamless delivery. Ahmed went the extra mile to organise this for us. When the sauna arrived the haulier let Polhus down badly! The driver had every excuse as to why he couldn't possibly put it in place, even though he had a crane lift on board the lorry!!! He just couldn't be bothered, it was a very hot day, (he even told us it was his last day working for that company) We agreed by phone with Polhus not to accept delivery, and they would get it re-delivered...
To cut a long story short, (Polhus are now using a different company for UK deliveries). Eventually we decided on the self-build kit form Narvic sauna. The price difference was refunded immediately, no worries there. Its arrived on a pallet, the delivery driver was helpful, put it as close as possible, nothing was too much trouble.
We then set about building it, (we're a couple of pensioners with a combined age of 131) and we successfully did it! We are delighted with the results.
As much as we would have preferred it pre-assembled, rising to the challenge gave us a sense of achievement. It took us the best part of a week. The electrician came and installed the heater. We ordered a 6Kw Narvi heater which heats up the space and is perfect for this size sauna. Our electricity is single phase so we couldn't have the 9Kw model. It's been quite the learning experience!

Brilliant sauna- really good quality materials which assemble perfectly. I had the help of a couple of friends and all in all it took about a day to construct. Once constructed it has worked seamlessly and is comparable to the best saunas I’ve been in. Customer support is also superb. Highly recommended.

Wir haben die Sauna über Telefon bestellt, da unsere Postleitzahl von der Homepage nicht akzeptiert wurde. Das Telefonat mit dem freundlichen Herrn war sehr hilfreich und schnell erledigt. Die Lieferung erfolgte zur genannten Zeit und wurde automatisch unter Dach abgeladen. Würde sofort wieder auf dieser Homepage bestellen.

Virket till carporten var perfekt sågat och det gick bra att montera garaget efter att vi tittat på monteringsvideon. Men följde man den så räckte inte den mängd spik och skruv som var medskickad i leveransen, speciellt gällde det till takpapp och shingel. Men carporten är väldigt fint nu, målad och klar!

De manière générale, le bois est agréable, la dimension est parfaite, et très esthétique.
Egalement confortable et très agréable à l'intérieur.
par contre, la notice est vraiment trop laconique ce qui est dommage car fait perdre beaucoup de temps, niveau quincaillerie il n'y a pas assez de clous et de vis... il manquait les poignées et des pierres pour le poêle, mais nous avons pu trouver une solution avec le service client.
Donc au global je suis content de mon choix.

So we bought a big one..well why wouldn’t you if your getting a sauna you wanna enjoy it with all your family and friends! Due to the big option, I choose to save some pennies buy constructing it with a friend, took us two days to put up and a further day of a local electrician installing the awesome heating unit and the WiFi.
Since then we have used it at least three times a week, at about £5 per heat up.

I can’t recommend this enough such a life upgrade!
