Disappointed
Disappointed - order arrived and a part was missing . I spoke to someone on the phone on 6th March who advised it would urgently be sent out however it wasn’t despatched until 10th March and hasn’t arrived yet. We needed to put the curtain pole up last weekend before furniture etc is delivered and new carpet was put down, so ladders didn’t need to be placed onto the carpet and now we haven’t been able to

The option to cut to size is very useful
Really appreciated the option to cut to a specific length. I was slightly nervous in case I'd measured incorrectly, but the pole was perfect and fits like a glove into a tricky dormer window space. Very quick delivery, everything packed up securely - great service.
