Shocking product and customer service.
I bought a "refurbished" headset to get a bargain - well what a bad decision! The supposedly refurbed headset arrived and it had an earbud cushion which was literally falling to bits. I bought replacements and as I removed the one sent with it, it fell to bits in my hand - very, very old, and clearly "uninspected" by PMC. Then I found that, as I installed the dongle supplied, it was so old that there were two more recent versions. I bought the latest to be up to date.

Then the unit would not connect to my PC. PMC said to return it for inspection.

They then told me it was irreparable and either they could dispose of it or they could return it to me - not working. !!!!!

I complained. Then I was told that the dongle I had returned was older than the one they supplied! Yeah sure - I just happened to have an older Plantrocis dongle lying around which I returned to them and kept their newer one!! Haha - ridiculous.

It's a lesson for me - last time I bought as "as new - upopened box" product it was fantastic and a bargain. This time I acted hastily, bought a pile of garbage, and it ended up costing me more than a new one would have done. My bad.

I will obvs NOT be buying from PC again. I see they have many good reviews: it seems I got the bad product and bad customer service. I will be more careful...

UPDATE: Having read my 1* review the company phoned and - finally showing an element of good customer service to me - offered me a refund. The condition was that I change the review. I declined as this was too little, too late. I rarely complain, but in this case I make an exception. Take care.

The gentleman on the phone was very helpful, he was very understanding and plight, he explained everything that I needed to know. Certainly a great asset to the company.

Excellent coms helpful advice quick delivery

Ordered online and missed the next day delivery cutoff but it still arrived the next day. Safely packaged too.

Spoke to Paul Hart, at PMC Telecom querying the suitability and compatibility of an item, whilst unable at first to give a definitive answer, he immediately went to query it for me, within minutes he was back with probable confirmation. I received the equipment in rapid delivery. Initially I had problems with set up and called to return the item, Paul was again helpful with the procedure for returns but also offered a possible work around and Bingo it worked so full marks to him for help and service, I am not necessarily involved in telecoms etc but my new friend and PMC Telecom will be my first call if needed. Top Job.

Always great and prompt service from Paul at PMC

Fantastic customer service thank you Garry🤩Long story short had a nightmare with VIRGIN MEDIA re the new landline adapter which didn't fit my phone. After 3 levels of security and a lengthy phone call VIRGIN told me to contact who I had bought the phone from. Not sure why it's their responsibility seeing as VIRGIN implemented the change but Garry save the day in about 5 minutes. Thank you so much again!

I got this phone and it was working fine then it would not let me press for options. i did try to call the number but i could not get to speak to anyone. So I emailed my issue, Paul Hart responded to me in a fast and effective way. Once I followed his instructions the phone is working as is should do again. Paul is my hero today. i thank him very much.

My enquiry to PMC Telecom, was answered with a speed not usually experienced by companies these days - so refreshing to know someone actually cares. That person was Paul the Senior Account Manager who could not have be more pleasant and friendly. He knew exactly the products I was interested in and made some great suggestions due to his experience in handling and observing these products in operation. I had complete confidence with Paul and although I did not place an order on the day, will certainly be back once I have made my final decisions. PMC Telecom - a great company to deal with and especially Paul who in my opinion is worthy of acknowledgement and praise for his people skills.

Support sent replacement GSM Terminal 1st thing monday morning

After a last minute notification that a client wanted to monitor some live calls, I managed to find a training headset for a softphone at PMC. Hassle free and super fast delivery for the next day, the headset arrived before the client. Great service, thank you.

We have 8 of their Wireless Display Adapters and they work flawlessly. Every previous make of adapter has had continual issues. Wouldn't buy any other make.
