Our SCG telephone system had got in a bit of a mess due to personnel changes and it was also being upgraded.
Ryan Porter was incredibly patient, helped everyone individually with their mobile Evanox upgrade and sorted out a number of gremlins. He also made himself available the following day to finish the upgrade with one person who wasn't in the office.

Matt Kerslake provides very good support and has answered all my queries satisfactorily.
