Playtomic is okay for finding matches but has zero customer support so when there is an issue you are completely stuck and the chatbot is absolutely effing useless.
I have heard there is a new app coming out that will be way better than this with actual help when needed I hope this is true and hope it comes along soon so all of the people that are moaning about Playtomic can get rid of it once and for all

Der Kundenservice ist das allerletzte.
Ich versuche seit 1 Monat letzt eine normale Rechnung per E-Mail zu erhalten. Ich habe sowohl den Link den ich von Playtomic und den Besitzern bekommen habe ausgefüllt als auch die Anleitung im HilfeZentrum befolgt.
Wenn man sich an den Support wendet, bekommt man den Link nochmal bzw. das Ticket wird einfach geschlossen.
Zusätzlich wenn man sich an den Betreiber wendet, schreibt dieser Playtomic ist verantwortlich, dass gibt Playtomic zurück und sagt der Betreiber muss die Rechnung ausstellen.
Bei mir kommt das Gefühl auf, in dem Kundenservice arbeiten entweder keine normalen Menschen oder es gibt eine programmierte Standart Antwort

Es desesperante intentar jugar con gente del mismo nivel. Hay gente que no han dado una clase de padel nunca y tienen niveles por arriba de 3.5, que eso es como mucho peligroso!!!, el saber como mínimo las normas básicas del padel es fundamental. El padel requiere mucho mas que correr por toda la pista detrás de una bola. Sobre todo por seguridad del compañero que tienes al lado.
Se trata de disfrutar de este deporte y no perder tu tiempo y dinero para salir disgustado de la pista y con un golpe en la cabeza como me dieron ayer por no saber la norma BÁSICA de que si tu compañero pide la bola, TE TIENES QUE QUITAR!!!, no pegar encima suya.
Y un sin fin de cosas que las personas que no han dado clase nunca, no tienen ni idea y piensan que es solo correr y pegar dentro de la pista.
Intento contactar con gente de playtomic y no hay nadie que se haga cargo de este tipo de incidencias.
DEBEN MEJORAR LA FORMA DE PONER EL NIVEL A LOS JUGADORES.

Ok for arranging games but the rating algorithm must have been put together by a 4 year old child. Think they wud have put some thought into it for the easy money they receive. If u just say get beat of soneone way higher than you ,your rating goes down???? Obviously run by money grabbing morons.

Al limite della truffa. Chiedono quasi 2€ di commissioni a testa, quando gia' il campo costa circa 15/18€ a testa (almeno nel nord italia), quando potrebbero farsi pagare queste "quote ingiustificate" dai club o dai mille sponsor che hanno, visto che sono anche pubblicizzati nei campi del premier padel. Ho saputo che stanno cercando investitori e soci e mi auguro nessuno gli dia retta, facendoli fallire o facendoli scendere dal piedistallo. Mi auguro anche che possa esserci qualcosa di concorrenziale, in modo da fargli eliminare commissioni e calmierare un po' i prezzi. Se potessi, darei 0 stelle! vergognosi

La empresa Playtomic deja jugar en las pistas de Padel en todos los centros VALS Sport en Málaga a las 09:00 h de la mañana de lunes a domingo y dias de Fiesta 23:00 H
Molesta a los vecinos por ser las 09:00 h con las pistas de padel, gritos, pelotazos en el cristal y no deja dormir , 6 pistas a la vez es como una obra haciéndo ruido. Se le ha comunicado a la policía, Empiecen mas tarde 9:30 de lunes a sábados y domingos a las 10:00h

Deze app is meer dan verschrikkelijk, zeer onduidelijk, er zitten veel fouten in, bij de padelbaan komen ze er ook niet uit dus niet dat ik een azijnpisser ben. Dit moet en kan beter, het is een verdienmodel een dergelijke app dus snijden jullie jezelf in de vingers

Ik kon niet betalen in de app, de baan was wel gereserveerd. ik had contact opgenomen bij de organisatie playtonic omdat er te veel geld was afgeschreven van de rekening. dat was een boete voor het niet betalen ( ik kon niet betalen ). ik had geen eens de tijd om contact op te nemen en het was al afgeschreven. nergens staat ook duidelijk dat dit zou worden gedaan.

Zoals vaker een padelbaan geboekt, ergens iets verkeerd gegaan tijdens het boeken. Probeer de baan te annuleren, maar staat ineens op een oud mail adres. Hierdoor niet kunnen annuleren, meteen een mail gestuurd met deze informatie. Hebben ze geen boodschap aan en er worden geen refunds gedaan.. Top organisatie dat Playtomic!

Betalen je geld van geannuleerde wedstrijden niet terug en zij vervolgens niet te bereiken, oplichters

Most people only pick games they think will win , easily lots of games booked but no one plays ???

A parte de unas comisiones bastante elevadas, crean perfiles falsos para atraer clientes, como si esto fuera Tinder. Patético. Ojalá pronto tengan competencia.

When subscribing the App clearly mentions "Try 14 days for free". DO NOT CLICK subscribe if you expect to have a free trial. As they will deduct money from your bank account immediatly.

Even when contacting them for support, several times, they do not refund the money. Crazy!

Playtomic, The levels are not accurate! People know how to work the system by playing a match with people at much higher levels than them just to pull their level up. Needs to be a way to level people individually. Leveling sessions don’t work well either.

I was unexpectedly charged 1000 Euro with an invoice marked “auto-renewal,” even though I never authorized such a transaction or made any purchases thorugh your app. This has been done from "Aircourts" and based on Google, they are part of you!
This forced me to delete my payment card for security reasons and by now having multiple additional troubles. I still have not received a clear explanation of why this happened or how my data is being handled. I expect a full refund and an explanation as well as information how my data are handled!

Un desastre. Intenté cancelar por mal tiempo según las normas del centro (DUIN Magic Badalona), pero Playtomic se lavó las manos y me mandó al centro, que tampoco respondió. Mala gestión y cero responsabilidad.
