Booked padel for 1.5 hours and they shows no accountability what so ever. They just take your service charge and do nothing. The court was under maintenance and playtomic actually want us to flight with club owner for refund. I have tried to send pictures of the court which playtmic dont want to see and they still accept booking for the court which is totally under maintenance and unplayable condition, which eventually helping the club to create revenue without offering anything to customer. I felt robbed and scammed and i will never book through playtomic ever in my life.

Booked two hours of squash only to find the court is under refurbishment. No accountability or ability to get further than an AI bot that says I need to contact the court directly. No refund given.

I have no idea why every Padel business uses this website, it's a dreadful experience with completely backwards rules which makes it extremely frustrating to arrange games. Why must you have a Plattomic score to make a casual match public? Just let us open up a match to avoid a booking falling apart when we don't have enough players.

Just can not talk to anyone, a simple thing thing for a person to fix, levels in an open game, gets you stuck in an AI chat bot nightmare with no resolution.

Horrific policy if you are unwell - Charged me £42 for not showing up when I was sick before the game even though I had messaged the other players 3 hours before the match.

Basically if you are ill on the day you will be fined £42 for it!

Also their customer service is an AI bot which is no help at all, when I was finally contacted by a person via email, they said the fine was completely justified. Totally heartless.

Worse experience ever. I booked a court for 1 hour (£42) my friends paid their part in the app and I am supposed to receive the £31.50 in my bank within 2 hours of the game finishing.

Still not received, rang the padel club and understandably said it’s playtomic that I need to speak to. Went on live chat to them. They kept getting confused you can only talk to a robot, who alternates sending one message in English and one in Spanish.

Saying they can’t release the £31.50 cant give me a contact number or email and can’t transfer me to a human.

They are scumbags, thieving low lives! Avoid at all costs

Bei mir wurden dreimal Zahlungen abgebucht, obwohl ich Wellpass habe; ich habe versucht, das zu klären, aber es kam keine hilfreiche Antwort. Als ich das mit einem Screenshot zeigen wollte, hieß es, die Dateien könnten nicht geöffnet werden, obwohl sie das anbieten, aber es funktioniert bei denen nicht. Ich bin sehr unzufrieden. Alles so kompliziert hier!

Terrible system

Dreadful customer service. I was told to wait for a response about cancelling a match. I received this response 4 days after the match was supposed to happen and then told I could not be refunded!

Absolutely ridiculous, I was essentially forced into waiting for a response and not making alternative arrangements to get to the match, to just be told I can’t have the refund. Can not believe they didn’t get back to me before it was too late. Won’t be using them again

La atención al cliente simplemente no existe, estoy intentando denunciar un intento de estafa a través del chat entre jugadores y no hay manera de contactar con un agente. Sólo puedes escribir en un chat IA que no da ninguna solución y te bloquea el paso a hablar con una persona. Con Playtomic como tengas un problema no cuentes con que te solucionen nada, es lo peor

Habe einen Platz gebucht mit wellpass und meine Freunde hinzugefügt die auch einen Wellpass haben. Vor Ort hat sich jeder brav eingecheckt mit dem Wellpass und jetzt sehe ich im Konto, dass mir 4x9,50€ abgebucht wurden! und dann chatte ich mit einer Ki die dann nachdem ich umständlich ganz viele Daten undTransaktionsnummern eingetragen habe meint dass ich mich in 2 Tagen wieder melden solle. Das ist komplett ärgerlich und unseriös. Habe jetzt über die Bank die Buchung reklamiert. Unglaublich!

He utilizado está aplicación durante varios años y ahora parece que no sepa utilizarla.
Somos varios jugadores que estamos igual des de que hicieron una portabilidad a un nuevo sistema de reservas

I signed up and payed for an open match through the Playtomic app. All four players showed up, but the club (Golf Santander, in Madrid) did not allow one of them to enter the court because she did not have a proper form of ID.

I tried to ask playtomic for a refund, but their unhelpful chatbots kept telling me that I could not get a refund because I had cancelled the match less than 24h in advance, despite I had not cancelled the match! Eventually, I could get through to what seemed like a person by email, but they insisted that they were not responsible for any problems with the match.

Playtomic told me that I should ask the club to refund them, and then they would refund me.

Ik weet niet wat er aan de hand is met de site, maar is heel traag en valt de hele tijd uit. Zo is er niet te boeken.
