That live arena sucks balls, like I said many times before! Every time I go in there, it is locking up at 2 or 3 times. If you can't make it run any better than that? Raid shadow legends is a great game. Plarium however is trash, there is zero customer support. Absolutely no understanding of customer worth. Nothing gets fixed or updated,just new content that cost more money

This last fusion for Gnut is such BS. Force a champion chase with a crazy amount of points on top of putting a summoning event right before it. They get you invested then screw you and it feels like if you don't pay more and finish fusion you wasted all time and money already invested. Fusion done I never paying for another thing on Raid. They don't care about players. They just want to pin players against each other and force you to spend. Sick of them honestly.

i've been playing throne: kingdom at war for years now, but the general feeling is that actually plarium doesnt care anything about that game, and the players are treated just like suckers. middle of a big event since yesterday, the so called ovo (order vs order), the maximum personal checkpoint was a certain number of points to score. i go sleep, come back to the game and i see the personal checkpoints has been increased of almost 3 times bigger the scoring without notifying the players a thing, which means bigger spending to achieve that, unless you're one of those players who play with the wallet fully open for every event, there's no chance of achieving that. but the lack of communication? we players are not even worthy being told you're going to make such a big change?? makes one wonder why bother really, i'm sure there's plenty of game where players are actually treated with respect.

Plarium and Aristocrats is simply destroying gaming as we know it. Would like to see the game prices in ten years. Maybe a blue shard is 200£. And every mobile cost at least 1000£ to start playing. What a beautiful thing to put into this already greedy world.

Nach 6 Monaten Spielzeit 4-stelligen Betrag investiert und dann beim Login in das Spiel Raid Shadow Legends die Meldung das ich gesperrt wurden bin, einges der Spiele von Plarium. Also 6 Monate Zeit verloren und Geld ist auch weg. Plarium ist das allerletzte. Ich bin sehr enttäucht!

Sämtliche anstrebenswertige Ziele werden immer weiter verschlechtert Total Domination erreichen der Clanabzeichen nun auch Sinnlos , Customlogo das oberste Ziel jedes Clans wurde abgeschafft, Pakete zu kaufen verändern sich beim Kauf, verschiedene gimiks haben massive Bugs und das früher relativ spielenswerte Strategische Kriegsspiel verkommt langsam immer mehr zu einem Witz in sich , denn von Stretegy ist nichts mehr zu spüren.

The game stopped working after spending hundreds of dollars in only a couple of months to try to get caught up with the others in the game. It would no long launch. After over a month of almost impossible conversations with the support group(impossible to get touch with them if you cannot get on with your password). It took weeks of slow or nothing back from them and me trouble shooting everything possible giving them every bit of information about my computer witch is Apple MacBook Air with OS. they finally said my computer is no longer able to run the game. They said since I had been off for a month they could not repay any money and that the money had been used. Good to know since their revenue was over $363
million. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY THEY ARE NO HELP WHAT SO EVER!!!!!

I can't be completely honest without cursing. Game could be an amazing game. It once was but now it's like they don't want your controls to work right. They come up with some ideas. Not great ones but they MAKE YOU UPDATE. After that update. You can't keep connection and nothing works right. It takes them weeks to get it halfway decent again and then 3 or 4 days later another mandatory update. Just to not work right again. You ever heard if it's not broke, don't fix it. Plarium must not have heard that growing up. They constantly break what was fixed

Gekaufte Waffen werden ohne vorige Ankündigung einfach verschlechtert oder spiel weise der waffen drastisch geändert ohne Ersatz oder anderweitiger gut machung. Hier wird der Kunde verarscht vom Verhalten her ist plarium genauso wie pixonic alles hundes..ne dort.

Hola soy de argentina.muchos quedamos sin jugar a los juegos por ejemplo yo con soldiers.inc antes usabamos puffin no se que paso con puffin porque pufin hace un dia publico que activaba facebook y la plataforma de los juego era a traves de facebook mas 200mil jugadores quedamos fuera antes con puffin lo jugabamos hasta encluso en el trabajo con el celular /movil pregunta que me hago siempre ,si existe el wsapt web y acoplas la pc al movil o celular se podra jugar esa una idea

Leider muss man ein Stern geben plarium betrügt so hart in Mech Arena das sich die Balken biegen jede Bewegung in jedem Spiel , Kampf wird beeinflusst von plarium entweder schießen die Gegner mit allen waffen und mechs durch wände und Zäune oder machen sachen die normalerweise nicht möglich sind oder die Steuerung fällt dann auf einmal aus natürlich genau dann wenn es wichtig wird und du flüchten musst da der Gegner sich nähert oder sie programmieren die bots die in deinem Team spielen so das sie dich stören dir ständig vor das ziel rohr laufen dich in den Tod drücken schieben usw ich könnte hier jetzt so so lange weiter aufzählen aber darauf habe ich keine Lust jeder der nicht dumm ist wie Stroh weiß genau wovon ich spreche sie beeinflussen jeden einzelnen Bewegungsablauf und sagen dann ich solle Videos davon machen und sie einer Website schicken das kennt man von cr man schickt dann die Videos ein und es passiert einfach nichts außer das sie dich dann bannen weil du einer bist der den Betrug anspricht könnte also gefährlich werden für plarium also bannen sie dich ich habe lange nicht alles aufgezählt weil es so lange dauern würde und ich einfach keine Lust dazu habe mich hier müde zu tippen lasst plarium weg und spielt keine Spiele von denen ihr werdet es bereuen ich platze vor Wut auf plarium die größten Betrüger in der gesamten Spiele Geschichte
Leider kann man nur ein Datum wählen wann man diese Erfahrung gemacht hat es ist jeden Tag so in jedem Kampf unzählige Male

The game itself is really fun to play and it does not get boring. The game maps are also good and detailed. The help center is really amazing and effective I lost my acount and I did not save the progress but they still managed to recover it. Plarium is amazing.

I played Storm fall for 13years both on face book and Plarium's website. I recently lost my email password that was linked which was a ymail address. I asked for help from Plarium Support so i could continue to play. Their response to me was to verfiy payment History for Sapphires which i never ever bought from the game so how can i produce something that doesnt exist. They only want to help their paying Member's .... what crap is that absoultey no customer service at all . I attempted to contact them 3 times on this as i did not want to stop playing the game and they closed the case on me and said Final response. Wow

Ces jeux c'est du poison, de la dépendance et une perte d'argent monumental. A fuir comme la peste et je ne rigole pas la dessus, c'est comme le poker, sa se joue au bluff.
Je m'explique, ce que vous produisez en plusieurs mois, vous pouvez le perdre en 1 seule journée en pvp contre des donateur. De plus, des constructions de bâtiment ou d'armée sont tellement long que vous serez presque carrément obligé de sortir votre carte bancaire pour ne pas attendre plusieurs années ( et la c'est pas des conneries ) sans compter les multiples spam de pub du jeu qui apparaissent en plein milieu de votre écran pour vous faire encore plus dépenser de l'argent et faire bugger le jeu par la même occasion. Je possède pourtant un pc haut de gamme mais sa bug quand même. Bref, il est conseillé d'investir votre argent dans de meilleur hobby car c'est très dur se sortir de cette dépendance si vous y investissez une très grosse somme sur ce jeu.

Kann mich den vorhandenen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Wöchentlich werden neue Spielinhalte hinzugefügt, natürlich alles für € zu haben, bestehende Probleme werden jedoch nicht behoben...
Absichtlich nutzlose/unfähige Bots ins Spiel implementieren um Startzeiten zu sichern?...allein dafür gehört der Laden geschlossen.
Goldverkaufende Bots spammen seit Monaten ihren Müll und werden trotz hundertfacher Meldung nicht gebannt... da kann ich nur noch weitere Geldgier unterstellen...
Die Preise sind einfach nur *Ohrfeigenwürdig*... man muss schon 1000€ und (viel) mehr ausgeben um bei Mech Arena mithalten zu können... ab in die Ecke und schämt euch!

Schmutz Game P2W, Support schlimmer als EA und Wargaming

My experience was quite fascinating and overall great for what it was worth as I myself am quite picky in terms of games and companies like Plarium but after playing RAID, I rediscovered a old passion of mine: GRINDING for hours to get to that sweet goal, I needed something to pass the time and due to there being multiple options/dungeons to go through, It made every battle amusing

Heute wurde es mir zu viel und ich bin wütend!
Ich spiele Mech Arena von Plarium jetzt schon seit fast einem halben Jahr. Das Game an sich ist gut und macht Spaß. Jedoch nervt mich die Werbung ingame für günstigere Angebote, ich starte das Spiel und erstmal muss ich 3 Fenster Angebote schließen und nach jeder Runde die ich Spiele noch weitere 2 Fenster mit angeboten. Der Shop ist überladen und Spieler haben Vorteile, wenn sie was Kaufen.
(Bessere Waffen die man jedoch aber auch mit sehr langen spielen erspielen kann.)

Auch die anderen Spiele von Plarium sind darauf ausgelegt viel Geld zu machen.
Wie z.b Raid: Shadow Legends oder Wikings: War of Clans.
Übrigens ca 4 Spiele sind fast komplett gleich nur andere Designs und Storys. Um halt eine Große Maße von Menschen anzusprechen um viel Geld zu verdienen. Ich habe ja nichts dagegen das es ingame Käufe gibt, aber man muss es ja nicht so extrem übertreiben wie Plarium!
