It is really strong manipulated - short reward and permanent frustration strategies - just ptw but without any perspectives due to permanent equipment releases, nerfs etc.

Einst dachte ich bei "WARGAMING" wäre ich an den größten Betrügerverein geraten...
Aber "PLARIUM" hat es doch geschafft, denen den Rang abzulaufen.
In Punkto Matchmaking, (non) Ballancing, Kosten und Support ist PLARIUM alleiniger Spitzenreiter auf der Minus-Scala...
Was hier aber unanfechtbar-nervig, richtig Spitze ist:

On June 19, 2026, my six-year-old opened one of your games and generated eleven-plus purchases in a matter of minutes, totaling roughly $400. They ranged from $0.99 to $99.99, including three near $100 each: $99.99, $99.99, and $94.99. No purchase confirmation, no parental gate, no rate limit, no meaningful friction of any kind between a first grader and four hundred dollars of my money.

This is not a novel or ambiguous problem in this industry. It is a well-documented pattern that federal regulators have been penalizing for over a decade.

Capacity. Under the infancy doctrine, restated at Restatement (Second) of Contracts § 14, a person under eighteen can incur only voidable contractual duties. A six-year-old cannot form an enforceable contract to buy anything, and a purchase agreement executed by one is voidable at the option of the minor or the parent. There was no valid contract here to enforce.

Unfairness. Section 5 of the FTC Act, 15 U.S.C. § 45, prohibits unfair or deceptive acts and practices, with the unfairness standard codified at § 45(n): a practice is unfair when it causes substantial injury consumers cannot reasonably avoid and that is not outweighed by countervailing benefits. Billing a parent hundreds of dollars for taps made by a child who cannot yet read a price is the textbook version of that.

Regulatory precedent. The FTC has brought exactly this case repeatedly.

The 2014 actions against Apple, Amazon, and Google over unauthorized in-app purchases by children settled for $32.5 million, $70 million, and $19 million respectively, with parents reporting charges ranging from 99 cents to $200 each and children who could not read still incurring charges by clicking buttons. (Tech Policy Press) The FTC's stated principle in the Amazon matter was that consumer consent must be obtained before charges are placed on a bill, in every context. The 2023 Epic Games resolution added $245 million in consumer refunds for dark-pattern billing and unauthorized charges by minors.

Enforcement in this area remains active, with advocacy groups filing new FTC complaints citing Section 5, COPPA, and the 2014 in-app purchase consent decrees. (Shutts & Bowen LLP)
State law. The New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act, N.J.S.A. 56:8-2, reaches unconscionable commercial practices in connection with the sale of merchandise, and N.J.S.A. 56:8-19 provides for treble damages and attorney's fees to a prevailing consumer. Digital goods sold to a New Jersey resident are within its reach.

What Plarium actually did. Support was courteous and structurally useless. I was asked to confirm I was the account owner and to speculate about who might have used my payment data. I answered immediately and truthfully: it was my young son, and I want it reversed.

The response was that because a dispute had been opened, Plarium could no longer refund and PayPal would decide.

That is a process answer to a liability question. A merchant that received funds it had no valid contract to receive can return them. Choosing not to is a decision, not a limitation.

I told this company plainly that I would keep spending money here if they made it right.

A single refund would have retained a paying adult customer. They kept four hundred dollars taken from a six-year-old instead.

If you have children and a saved payment method, understand exactly what you are installing.

Plarium has turned Mech Arena into an absolute cash grab that actively manipulates its player base. The in-game economy is completely broken and designed to exploit users. For instance, top-tier Mechs like Surge cost around 9,000 A-coins, yet the game only rewards players with a pathetic 20 to 50 A-coins from tournaments. Progression is deliberately bottlenecked to force real-money purchases.
Even worse are the Crate Rush events. The drop rates feel entirely rigged. The game manipulates players by giving extremely low rewards and fixing free event tokens to ensure you get nothing of value, leaving you with no choice but to spend actual money. As a Clan Leader managing 12 active players, I can confidently say that the community is sick of these deceptive trade practices. Do not trust this company or waste your time and money on their games.

Plarium is een scam bedrijf waar ze zogenaamd veel weggeven maar waar ze je misleiden tot op het bot. Je koopt dure mechs en wapens, en beweren dat je praktisch onoverwinnelijk zult zijn, maar het zijn gore leugens, en als je erover klaagt dan zijn ze begripvol zolang ze denken dat je je om hebt laten kletsen. Het gaat alleen om grof geld verdienen , maar een Nederlandse vertaling die het spel begrijpbaar moet maken is er niet. Ik ben al een account kwijt geraakt op shadow raid, waar ik ook duizenden euro’s uitgaf, en dat gebeurt nu weer. Ik wil mijn geld terug, alles, zoniet dan ga ik overal delen, o.a. bij al mijn volgers dat ze geen spel moeten spelen waar Plarium mee te maken heeft. Ik heb tig screenshots als bewijs gemaakt, waar niemand omheen kan, dus beter schikken ze nu gelijk, want bij de rechter ga ik voor veel meer dan ze willen!!!

Ich bin stinksauer, ich habe über eine Spiele Seite wo man Geld verdienen kann das Spiel raid was richtig geil ist drei Tage lang vollgas gespielt war fast auf Level 30 und hatte eine geile Ausrüstung dann kam der Button larium play ID verifizieren, das habe ich gemacht danach ist mein Account verschwunden weder der Support von planium play noch von Google Play oder sonst jemand kann mir sagen wie ich diesen Account wiederherstellen kann, ich werde nie wieder Plan Spiele spielen ich werde jetzt alles was damit zusammenhängt und alle ehemaligen Spiele eins davon habe ich acht Jahre gespielt löschen ich habe die Schnauze voll von dem Support von plarium play 🤬

the game Mech Arena is enjoyable and addictive however I have one major vexation. The chat is entertaining and always interesting but its moderators are uninformed of the rules, abuse their positions and ban players if they have a different opinion plus they actually provoke players into violations. I will no longer be a loyal player and regret spending hundreds on this only to be bullied and treated unfairly by moderators.

Furthermore the customer service replies with what I can only describe as non conformist and patronizing, they are unable to provide any information on anything and reserve the rights to make up the rules as they require for their own convince so the customers have to deal with it..... I don't think so

Unglaublich was einem in diesem Spiel passieren kann. Ich wurde in der Live Arena kurz vor dem Sieg aus dem Kampf genommen ( angeblich wegen schlechter I-Net Verbindung, Die war aber total stabil) und mein Gegner zum Sieger durch Plarium gemacht. Die haben mich einfach so um den Sieg betrogen und ihren wahren Charakter wieder mal gezeigt.

KI Support, also kein Support. Völlig überteuertes Game. Zu viele Bugs im Account und dem Spiel. Kein vernünftiges oder überhaupt ein Matchmaking. Die oberen Top 100 wird schön der Popo vergoldet. Und dann noch die CCs ,unterstützen solchen Unprofessionellen Müll.

Support ist unterirdisch schlecht man wird in einer Endlosschleife von immer den gleichen Fragen gefoltert ohne dass man auf die Antworten des Nutzers eingeht und ohne dass die gelesen wurden.

Plarium ist mit Abstand die Geldgeilste Firma die es gibt, ständig nervige Werbung in Raid Shadow Legends. Man bekommt so gut wie keine brauchbaren Helden. Dann werkeln die im Hintergrund an deinem Account und plötzlich droppt dein Schaden beim Clanboss!!!

Total lack of professionalism and breach of UK Data Protection law. After a 18-email chain regarding a hacked account, Agent Paulo officially confirmed my ownership on May 6th (Ticket 7325581) and agreed to restore access. Two days later, their automated system issued a permanent ban for "data transfer" while processing my recovery. On May 14th, Agent Yurii officially refused to provide my login logs (Subject Access Request), claiming they "cannot verify me" despite receiving Monzo bank statements for £1919.79. They are using their Terms of Use to override UK GDPR statutory rights. I have officially escalated this case to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) and initiated a total fraud dispute with Bank. Avoid this company if you value your data and money.

Set up the new authentication system for raid, tried to log back in and was hit with a 'Sent to many messages', I didn't receive an email with the code, which I was suppose to, as that's what I set up for my raid profile. Messaged the support, they got back to me, I responded just as they responded, but now after 12 hours I have received nothing back. Plarium lack customer support and for a company who are happy to take peoples money, that is a very dangerous way of losing customers.
They seem to not value the customers enough to respond in a short time frame, as I have seen several people on different social media sites mention they have waited days and some weeks for Plarium customer support with a reply.

Raid shadow legends Siege matchmaking is fundamentally broken, and their customer service is worse. My clan—a Tier 15, 4-star clan with only 1 Victory Point—was matched against a Tier 18, 5-star clan with 34 Victory Points. The power gap is insurmountable; the lowest-level player on their team is Level 98. This isn't a "competitive challenge"—it is a technical failure. When I contacted Support, they had the audacity to claim everything "matched perfectly." This response is insulting to the player base. Matching a bottom-tier clan against a top-tier powerhouse with a 33-point discrepancy proves the matchmaking algorithms are either non-existent or predatory.If you value fair play or a support team that actually investigates issues, stay away from this game. Plarium would rather gaslight their players than admit their systems are flawed.

I've been playing Throne kingdom for quite a few years. It used to be an enjoyable game to play but it is now just a money-grabbing machine. I suspect that many of the big players are employees of the company - insider trading! it is interesting to see that this is repeated across all of the company's games. The only players giving good reviews seem to be the ones that haven't played it for long.

I've been monitoring this company since 2019, and they only get worse. They recently deleted my account with real-money purchases because I was inactive for 3 years. When I asked for the date this policy was added, support ignored me and claimed this is "standard industry practice." IT IS NOT. No reputable company deletes purchased content. They just want you to "create a new account" and pay again. Greedy, dishonest, and disrespectful. Avoid Plarium at all costs.

This company is the epitome of greed, immorality and nefarious purpose. Games match paid players against new players to a brutal level, forcing a PTSD abuse to encourage monetized competitiveness. Any negative reviews gets a banned status and blocking on Google play. It's time for class action or monetary damages to end this behavior.

Playing Raid for three years now. The game still continues to change and update, the events are actually enjoyable and I never got that feeling that the company just gave up on the game. Not many companies keep their games going like you guys have. Good job.
