There is allot of people on here cheating its very frustrating

I was playing tides of fortune since 2015. I spent a lot of money on up grades and jewels ect. I didn't play for months done day I thought I log in and see how things were going. I couldn't believe it, everything I worked and payed a as gone. I know for a fact I put everything in the proper place so I would loose my men or ships. I had about thirty thousand ships and men. When I reported to platinum support. They pretty told your screwed they were not going to do anything about it. I sent them the screen shots and everything even the recipients from facebook everything. I came to realize why would they fix this issue
They thought I would take it and play on rebuild everything. Screw them they are a company out of Russia and they know their is not a dam thing anybody can do to them. So they get away with taking advantage over gamers.
This company is dirty and disgusting to rip people off and not holding business standards. They only care of profit margins. I was playing Lost Island Adventures again I spent money. Now I can download my progress. Bunch of low life bottom feeders. I don't understand why there isn't a law to stop this company from allowing to put their games in other countries. They should be boycotted from placing their cheating ass games in other countries. Should shut this company down and charge them with fraud. That is what needs to happen don't allow them to keep doing this gamers.

So like other users I spent quite a lot of money on this game. first time on a 10x event a year ago trying to get a character. I literally purchased every single void shard pack they offered and still didn't get the character. I understand the statistics so I made sure to never ever that mistake again.

So a few months ago.... being stupid I again spent a lot of money almost 750.00 USD to get Valkenen a void lengendary. his ability 3 states the damage is based enemy max hp. I sent in a support request and was told his a3 doesn't interact with enemies. yet his a3 adds 2 debuffs weaken and true fear. so obviously the tech has no idea what he's talking about. this is the most blatant form of false advertising.... it's just a lie. I asked for a supervisor and got no response in return.

I played this game for years. Maxed my account. Sunk countless dollars into it. Was by far my favorite game ever. However it ended about a year ago. When a huge pack was released. Only to some players. This wasn't a normal pack. It was huge containing enough supplies to change the game for someone. It was sold for 4.99$ usa money. Like I said it wasn't offered to everyone. I feel that this was an unfair thing they did. It put newer players who got it in a position to be stronger than much older players. I worked and grinded and spent thousands to get to where I was. This one move by plarium made me leave the game. It was so unfair . A kick In the teeth for most like me who did not receive it. I have sent hundreds of tickets about this unfair conduct. But they refuse to act. The claim no control over packs. Witch is a lie. Plarium created that pack and selected the players who received it. No one else was offered this special offer. I have begged them to make it right. They refuse.

Gratis unspielbar die leute öffnen ihren Geldbeutel und verschaffen sich extreme unfaire Vorteile an Legendären Einheiten um dann ab lvl 50 in der Live Arena herrauszufinden wer wohl mehr Geld investiert hat. Verschwendet eure Zeit nicht mit diesem Spiel es sei den ihr gebt gerne einen ganzen haufen Geld aus für diesen schwachsinnige Konzept.

Played RSL for 4 years. I understand the shady practices but if you get your money at least balance the game and add some actual new content (not the mess that is sintranos that you probably made in less than a month after a year of complaining from the playerbase about the lack of new content). Like what is fun here? Spending money aint fun, i buy fun with money but spending money itself isn't fun. So i spend money and I don't get anything in return. You expect me to buy energy and then work night and day for a single champion? So i have to give you money and work... Live Arena is the thing that all of the players feared, straight up kraken wars. If you spend more, you'll win. Level 100 endgame players being matched against level 60 with like 5 6* champions on the whole account... I say this without exaggeration. They are the worst gaming company of all time, the worst developers and i could in all honesty not be able to look myself in the mirror if i was a developer for plarium. If someone asked me what i was doing I'd say I'm unemployed (and that's basically the truth). Worse then EA, Activision, Blizzard. They actually have content even if it is lifeless shellz it's still new content that you can play through. RSL used to have potential even though it was always a gacha game it head certain potential even with a greedy company behind it it still had it. Nowadays i wouldn't recommend this game to a worst enemy. Shame on everyone who works for that company even the cleaner personnel.

Hundreds spent on raid shadow legends for very little back. Game play gets so difficult for anyone except the rich. Utter joke.

It's a great gaming service because there's a real abundance of video games, and most importantly most of them are completely free of any charge!
I am a gamer myself, so I can't miss the opportunity to test something new, even from an unknown developing studio. But, props to Plairum, there are games from very famous video games studios.
I guess with this service I will definitely forget about the existence of reality, lol.

Viele Beiträge spiegeln meine Erfahrungen wieder und trotzdem kann ich sagen, wer nach Feierabend etwas Zeit totschlagen will und prinzipiell kein Geld einsetzt( also nicht zu ehrgeizig spielt), das geht. Wer jetzt erst einsteigt, erkennt auch nicht die vielen Bugs, die mit der Zeit eingepflegt wurden. Es sein denn er kann das Spiel von der Plariumapp nicht mehr Starten oder es stürzt laufend ab....man versucht es über einen Browser und hat die selben Probleme. Dann spielt was Anderes, denn der Supp wird euch nciht helfen

Ich habe zwei Accounts, einen in den ich gelegentlich Geld stecke und einen konsequent Free-to-Play.

Zunächst mal: es ist BEIDES spielbar, auch der FTP macht Spaß. Aber der Fortschritt ist um LÄNGEN geringer und man ist ständig in Versuchung, doch die Kreditkarte zu zücken.

Plarium ist schon grenzwertig unverschämt bei den Kosten für die Pakete und die werden einem ständig unter die Nase gerieben. der Zeitaufwand ist -wenn man alle Optionen ausreizt - enorm. (Suchtgefahr)

Ich denke, dass bei Plarium ein ganzes Team an Gaming-Psychologen nur damit beschäftigt ist, noch mehr Psychotricks einzubauen um den Kaufreiz zu erhöhen. Belohnungssystem lässt grüßen.
Es gibt einige Menschen die da monatlich hunderte Euro reinstecken. Absurd.

Aber: klasse Geschäftsmodell...
Fazit: nur für Leute mit Zeit und Willensstärke, die nicht ständig auf die Ingamekäufe reinfallen oder konsequent FTP nutzen.

If you want to play Raid Shadow legends on a pc forget it. I have been playing via fb on my pc and no problems at all for over a year. They are now leaving facebook, and made us download their launcher. Since then, the lag is so severe the game is unplayable. No help from customer support.

If you put in a promo code and it doesn't work do not expect Plarium Players Support to do anything about especially for Raid Crap Legends. I put in GETUDK back in April did not get me reward and Plarium repeatedly lied telling me I did not put in the promo code GETUDK during an active period. Do not expect Plarium Players Support to care about you they do not and will not care about you. They only want you to fill their pockets with money but disrespect you.

wenn man nicht dreistellig jeden Monat investiert verliert man schnell den Anschluss und verliert immer öfter, bekommt Gegner die man nicht schlagen kann zugeteilt. Erfolge werden nicht zugeteilt obwohl man das gleiche gemacht hat wie ein Spieler der ihn gerade bekommen hat und der Support behauptet das es nicht so ist und erklärt nichts da es geheim ist. Ich wollte meine Rüstung ändert und bin bei jedem Teil aus dem Spiel geflogen die Antwort vom Support es liegt an meinem System obwohl alle anderen Programme einwandfrei weiterliefen nur Plarium nicht der Spieler ist immer schuld an den Fehlern

Völlig überteuert nur ausgewählte Spieler scheinen gute Champs zu bekommen alle schlechten Campions bekommt man zu maßen Balance zu Spielern in der Arena nicht vorhanden Ereignisse kaum zu schaffen da die Punktgrenze stetig zu hoch angesetzt wird. Zeitbedarf für das Spiel extrem hoch Vorschritt zwar da aber ohne Champions aber kein weiterkommen. es werden immer mehr neue Champions ins Spiel aber die Chance vernünftige Teams zu bekommen aus splittern wird nicht angehoben. und noch vieles mehr

There is no Customer Service for this company. This is TRUE. I got banned for spamming. I DID NOT SPAM a single customer, client, or whoever. They now blame the user for not been able to get into the new version of Plarium Play 8.4.0 (as of 21AP2023). Moved to Cloudflare servers in Kansas. They ask for the user OS info and blame the user for not being able to access the game. They want your data, your VPN. They want you to do their JOBS. They employees in Ukraine and Poland are artists and designers. US are old designers and engineers. Israel is their data collection center for their shareholders.

Schlechtes Spiel was sich nur am Verkauf von gewissen Artefakten und Splittern bedient. Wenn man nicht gewillt ist, im Monat hunderte von Euros zu investieren kommt man nicht weiter. Die Gegenstände die man so verdienen kann dauern ewig. Ein Spiel eher für nerdige DauerPCbesetzer. Zumal schon beim betrachten der Splittervergabe bzw. Kaufes irgendwas falsch läuft. Genannte Antike und Leerensplitter haben die selbe prozentuale Möglichkeit gewisse Champions zu bekommen. Dann die Dauerwerbung für gewisse Pakete für 119,95€, nervt und ist meines Erachtens schon sehr Geldgierig. Das Spiel ist meines Erachtens raus nur komplette Geldabzocke, da täuschen auch keine „Superdeals“ oder „Sonderangebote“ hinweg. Wer es spielen will und weiter kommen will, kommt um Investitionen von etlichen Euros nicht drum herum. Fazit investiere mein Geld lieber in andere Games wo ich kaufen muss, und hab dann keine weiteren Ausgaben und vollen Spielspaß.
