I absolutely loved my sitter and she was great with my separation anxiety dog but Petcloud itself is a poorly run business.
I wanted doggy daycare one day a week for the entire year, this was great for the business and the sitter as this was guaranteed income. I paid for my 10 week booking in full as my credit card was going out of date I did not see the point of setting up a weekly payment with a credit card that was about to expire.
A few weeks in I discovered that they had taken my full payment as well as weekly payments. After a month of phone calls, emails and instant messenger on their website I finally got someone to responded to me. Their excuse was "technical difficulties". I said they were stealing as I did not agree to weekly withdrawals.
I was assured that this mistake would be fixed and a refund would be given to me but the only way for me to receive a refund was to put my new credit card details on the website. I didn't want to but told "did I want my money back or not"!?
A few weeks later I discovered I still have not received a refund but MORE money was coming out of my account. Only went I threatened to sue petcloud and had to put a stop to my credit card did I receive a refund. I was again told "technical difficulties" was the issue.
I asked for the owner of Petcloud to contact me via phone, 4 weeks later I am still waiting for that call. I did receive an email from Deb again blaming "technical difficulties" and they will learn from this mistake.
I will never again use petcloud and suggest everyone who does to keep a very close eye on the amount of money coming out of your account. I truly believe they would have continued this if I did not fight to get my refund. The Sitter has also left Petcloud over the way I was treated and the amount of time it took to get my money back which was 8 weeks. I was not offered a free day or anything for the time it took me to get my money back. Just stay clear of Petcloud.

*** 2 days after the feedback was put online I received an email from Deb (the owner?) wanting to know "What outcome were you hoping for by posting this online?"
Why did it take 4 weeks to get contact and 8 weeks to resolve the issue but 2 days to reply to negative feedback online??
Petcloud have since deactivated my account and then told me I had $60 left in the 'wallet. I cannot access it due to the deactivated account and have told me to open a PayPal account to get my money back. Why was it not put back on my card before when I asked and promised.

Jen did a remarkable job of caring for our three precious cats. She stayed with them to play and explore outside. She sent video updates of every visit. She won over our shy Jaz with her calm and patient attitude. We could not have asked anything more. We will certainly use Jen again in the future.

Ros and Gary are dog whisperers. Nina was so happy. They are truly great dog sitters. Ros and Gary are so knowledgeable and loving. I would recommend anyone for their service. Great couple great dog handler and loving and caring. Nina is fortunate to be cared by you.

We had someone check in and feed our 2 cats every day. They sent through pictures of them while we were away and reassured us they were doing well. It was such an easy process that gave us peace of mind and I would absolutely trust them to look after our pets in the future. The only slightly bad thing is the PetCloud site for mobile- I found it a little buggy at times and not very intuitive.

Hi Karen from birkdale has been with us for a year now on a daily basis. Rain, hail and shine she has kept up the challenge of walking our two Labradors every day. She looks after them above and beyond our expectations. Not only that she looks after them making sure they have water and after a walk, in the rain she dries them off. She honestly cares for them as if they are hers, making sure they are her prime concern.

Mayumi Beppu is a seriously impressive cat carer. She was engaged to look after our three cats for a week in December 2020, to come to the house twice a day and feed them. However, she went way beyond the minimal requirement and got to know them, groomed and brushed them, played with them and generally made them happy and contented. She also cleaned up, including disposing of a dead cockroach! She sent us photos and video clips each time she visited so that we we could be sure she was visiting and that the cats were doing fine. This was really comforting, especially as we had not previously known her and this was the first time she had done cat caring for us. We recommend her unreservedly to anyone who wants the very best for their cats. She is professional, responsible, and loving and caring with cats, and we will certainly seek her services again.

hrough Petcloud we recently booked Befrin and her fiancé Warren To take care of our furbabies while we went for a long weekend away. They were absolutely incredible. We would 110% ask them to stay again and take care of our precious furbabies. It was the first time for us using Petcloud and ever letting strangers mind our pets so for me it was a really anxious time initially before meeting Befrin and Warren. Once we had the meet and greet all of my concerns went away!! They were so polite and friendly, And genuinely cared about our pets and taking care of them as their highest priority during the visit. Befrin is super knowledgeable about dogs particularly and having pets of her own she knows how scary it can be sometimes to leave them with others. Even though poor Befrin unfortunately become unwell a few days before they still committed to the stay which we really appreciated! They sent lots and lots of updates and pictures which we loved and surprisingly we also came home to a beautiful handwritten letter update on our pets, our home and a lovely small gift to welcome us home. I can not recommend them both enough, if you are ever concerned about how well your pets will be treated while you’re enjoying some time away from home then definitely ask for Befrin! All your worries will disappear!

5 Stars!! Kathy looked after Hank as if he were her own. She was a pleasure to deal with & kept us updated with pictures & videos of him on a daily basis. I highly recommend Kathy, she is a legend!

Awful service, my home was damaged by the sitter, took months and months and a ridiculous amount of phone calls to finally get a very small claim paid.

We found the perfect pet/house sitter through Petcloud. Kevalin was so lovely with our Aida giving her all the attention she needs. We were able to enjoy our holiday knowing she was in the best hands and came home to a happy kitty as well as a sparkling clean house. We will be booking a sitter through Petcloud again next time we are away!

Our 'Meet and Greet" session left me feeling confident about leaving my cat with Jenny. She listened attentively to my requests regarding my pet and asked intelligent questions. As I observed her interactions with Pushka, I was sure that Jenny would be a great sitter. I was not disappointed. Picking Pushka up from Jenny's home, I could sense that the cat was calm and had obviously felt quite comfortable in Jenny's company. I received adequate feedback from Jenny regarding my pet's emotional and physical well-being and could see that the two had established a relationship in just a few days. I highly recommend Jenny as a pet sitter.

Shauna was a conscientious and loving pet sitter who eased my worries about being away from my doggies. She managed the two of them easily, including the challenge of giving one his daily pill, and sent me lots of lovely photos. I arrived back to two happy and healthy little dogs, just as well as when I left them. I highly recommend her.

Chloe was absolutely fantastic. Communication was open and easy and we received photo updates, even on Christmas Day! I was not worried about our dog at all while away, Chloe had my mind at ease and was lovely and friendly to deal with. She even returned and washed our dog the day we came home. Such wonderful service, highly recommend.

We booked a carer for our cat over the Christmas period through PetCloud. The PetCloud people were efficient and prompt in helping us to find a good match. Our carer visited twice daily and kept us updated on our cat's wellbeing. This was a first for our cat, and for us, as previously when we had taken holidays he had been cared for by a family member. Everything went very well. We strongly recommend this service.

We just had Tay & Amelia look after our house and two Dogs for a week. From the first time we met they were always happy to see our dog's, so we had no hesitation in booking them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pet sitter.
