The whole staff
The whole staff, Reception through to the dentist team were amazing. My son is very anxious and was having a sedation and they all treated him with the best care and support. We came from Dorset because our own dentist couldn’t help, we wouldn’t hesitate if we had to come back. I will be forever grateful. Thank you ☺️

So lovely to hear this Kerry and we’re pleased your son was comfortable with us ❤️
Horrible
Horrible. Rough. He did not give me numbing gel at the start when I asked. He did when I insisted 5mins into it. The gel was all around my lips not where I needed. So did not work. Pinched my cheek while cleaning. Rough all the way. Did not use floss or interdental brush. Finished in 10mins

Dear Puloma,
We were sorry to see the review you left regarding your recent hygiene experience, and we are sorry to hear that your appointment did not meet your expectations.
We would really appreciate the opportunity to speak with you over the telephone to discuss your experience further.
We also wanted to mention that we do not routinely use numbing gel during hygiene appointments, but we understand that comfort is important.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We really value our patients' experiences and would welcome the opportunity to put things right.
Truly perfect 👌
I had a very positive experience at Perfect Smile Dental Clinic. The entire team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. A special thank you to the reception staff and dental assistants for their kindness, patience, and warm, helpful attitude. They made me feel comfortable and well looked after throughout my visit. It is lovely to be treated with such care and respect. I would definitely recommend Perfect Smile to anyone looking for a friendly and professional dental practice. Thank you to the whole team for your excellent service!
