The Perfect Smile surgery at Hoseside in Wallasey is very efficient and friendly wiyh sound customer care. I get regular text and email reminders of appointments, and the various teams--the Reception team, hygenists, care support etc are excellent. I have been with my current dentist, Dana for a while now and she is excellent. Always professional, always positive, sound dental skills and cheerful. Thank you. Peter Hughes

The dentist was warm friendly no pressure to have work I didn't need plus her assistant was also friendly be glad to see them next time

Dr Nim is my dentist, and as a very anxious patient as far as dentistry is concerned she is amazing! Makes you feel very at ease, and is very gentle. I would have no hesitation in recommending Perfect Smile

Saw Beth. Check up and xray prior to filling x 2. Completely professional. Advised me all the way through the process.

Had such a lovely experience with Tara, such a genuine approach and makes you feel effortlessly relaxed. As someone who suffered quite a bit of anxiety with the dentist previously I can’t stress enough what a different having such a kind and encouraging style has.

Thankyou!

Annie my dentist is brilliant. I hate going as being nervous patient but is always so caring.

Everything was great especially the dentist. On time and professional.

Perfect smile staff are very helpful
Good customer service
Very efficient

More interested in selling expensive treatments than looking after their customers.
I went for a hygienist appointment which has gone up to £76.50 now. I was treated very well, much better than on other occasions, they actually asked if I had sensitive teeth and offered me numbing gel to ease the pain before they started.
As soon as the session was over I get a survey email and an advert for expensive whitening treatment.

Me and my family have using this surgery for many years I’ve got i say there excellent , they are super professional very helpful an extremely friendly a great bunch of people.

Recent Hygienist appointment. Ease of booking at a suitable time around work and polite, friendly staff.
