I went for my dental check up today…
I went for my dental check up today with my regular dentist, Kathryn Lyttle. She is always friendly, caring and helpful if you need any advice.
Today she very kindly did my hygiene clean for me after my check up.
I always come out smiling 😃
Best wishes,
Lesley Morgan

New dentist as mine is retiring …
Staff on reception pleasant and helpful. Met my new dentist Hussain today as mine is retiring. He was really nice, took time to explain what work needed doing and why, gave me some options to think about. Very happy with outcome

Appointment ran 10 minutes late
Appointment ran 10 minutes late, but once in the room I was made to feel relaxed as I was a little anxious. Everything was explained to me, and allowed to raise my hand for treatment to stop if I felt uncomfortable. (Which I didn’t need to).
In all the service was good and I definitely be returning for my next appointment in December.

Good dentists and hygienists but not so good company/ owners of practice
Carers cannot register those cared for on same email and phone unless they have separate password - this was only explained to me today and we (myself and cared for daughter) have been patients for 25 years
Too many forms to fill in when there is no change in medication etc
