Fantastic Customer Service
It took a lot of scouring the internet to find my favorite pair of glasses - Lacoste L2660 424. After trying several other retailers and being disappointed at having my money refunded more than twice (due to them being out of stock) - I finally found them (again) on the perfectglasses.co.uk site. I ordered a pair of Lacoste L2660 424 frames from perfect glasses with bated breath. The customer service i received was fantastic - not only was i informed about their availability - was sent updates every step of the way till I received them. Needless to say - the glasses are amazing and i get compliments on them regularly. Thanks guys!!!

Ordered mine on the 15th Feb still not received! Got a tracking number but all it's been saying "we've expecting it" Very poor service. Going to Tesco for my next pair and contacting my bank about getting a refund as my request have fallen on deaf ears!

Avoid!!
If you want your glasses in a reasonable amount of time, don't bother with this outfit. Ordered mine 3 weeks ago and still nothing! Its been shown as dispatched for over 6 days!!
Absolutely no communication from the company, nothing to indicate there would be any delay, and when I contacted them to enquire where my glasses were and provide a date for delivery, well all I got was a bland response promising a tracking number which I still have not got.
I purchased one pair to see how they would manage with an order, its fair to say that I will not order from this company again, they have no idea of customer service.
Whether I get my glasses or not is anyones guess. My advice is avoid this company, there are plenty of others out there that will probably have a speedier delivery time and keep customers informed of what's going on.

The glasses are fantastic, I bought some from local at a vastly overpriced cost and they are heavy and already scratched. The ones from perfectglasses are light trendy and perfect so I can now buy more colours and styles

BEWARE!
A month after ordering, still no glasses. I have contacted them twice - plenty of excuses but no glasses.
I wonder if this company is now a scam or has been taken over by scammers.
The next step to claim a refund from my credit card company.
UPDATE. It is now mid March and STILL no glasses. Perfect Glasses get 10/10 for excuses and promises but 0/10 for supply. Had a phone call to say that they would definitely arrive last week! Abysmal service.
AVOID this company if you want to keep your blood pressure low.
UPDATE 2. Finally the glasses have arrived - ordered on 3rd February and delivered on 8th April. The glasses seem OK, but the reading area of the lenses seems rather small.

A 1st rate service after a hiccup
My first order with perfect glasses was eh perfect!
My second order had it's issues apparently a delivery problem, but in all fairness after speaking to Villi from Perfect glasses I received a very fast refund and the promise of a second pair made up and sent out with another courier if I was not happy to simply return them and true to Villi's word my glasses arrived when I least expected them and I have to say they are every bit as good as my first pair of rimless titanium very sturdy.
Thank you again Villi and Perfect glasses for another great service my next pair of glasses will also be a pair of perfect glasses
