Very happy with service
Very happy with service. On three occasions I ordered prescription lenses and 2 sets of sunglasses. All arrived quickly and were exactly as ordered. No problems subsequently. Very pleased.

Service problems
When I first ordered glasses from Perfectglasses everyting was fine. The last time I ordered things went wrong. My earlier PD was not used (despite confimation that my details were held by Perfectglasses). The glasses also took a long while to arrive. My email correspondence was handled by someone who did not seem capable of checking the facts, and when it was agreed to return them, I was asked to send them to an address in Canada. I then had to ask for a UK address, whic I did get. The UK folk tried to be helpful, but by that time I was so fed up I wanted my money back, which I received. I need to be confident that this won't happen again before re-ordering. As yet, I've not seen or heard anything that confirms that there has been any improvement.

Lots to choose from. I got the glasses I wanted at a great price. Prescription a bit tricky if you haven't done it before but help available. Fast turnaround and delivered quickly. I wouldn't look elsewhere now
