And yes, buying prescription glasses online is easy. Every optician in the UK is required to give you a copy of your prescription when you go for your eye test. Once you have this, simply choose a pair of prescription glasses from our site, enter your prescription or click it using your smartphone and email it to us. Once you have placed the order for your new glasses online, you can expect to receive them within 7 working days!

Prompt service. Was kept well informed of potential delay in delivery which didn't happen in the end. Happy with glasses received.

Excellent Customer service

After initial problems with the pupil distance, the excellent customer service staff, Ash and Francis, helped me get the prescription right and now I have the glasses I need and can use. Thank you, guys.

Over 4 weeks and still waiting!!!

I ordered a pair of glasses for my daughter as hers had broken and she didn’t have a spare pair so I ordered a replacement from Perfect Glasses as they would deliver within 10-12 days. I have paid just over £100 for a pair of glasses that I ordered over FOUR WEEKS AGO and they still haven’t arrived. My poor daughter has suffered headaches while waiting for these glasses and still I haven’t been told when we are likely to receive them. My advice - AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU NEED GLASSES IN A HURRY.
I have now been told that when the glasses are ready it will be another 7-8 days from dispatch before I will receive them because they are coming from overseas!!! I’m fuming 😡

I am extremely sorry to know that you have not received the glasses that were ordered over four weeks ago.

Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this might have caused your daughter however I can assure you that orders are dispatched within the promised time frame and depending on the prescription the processing time may differ.

Unfortunately, I am unable to retrieve any order details with the given name hence request you to please share your order details or the name on the order for us to check and update you on the delivery time frame.

Buyer Beware- Poor delivery, product and customer service

Order was "dispatched" after 7 day( not 72 hours as claimed) and then "lost" in the post, and was never chased up by the vendor. Eventually turned up more than 5 weeks after ordering.

However, prescription installed was incorrect rendering the glasses completely useless to me - A further 4 weeks of e-mails back and forward with the company and no further forward with my requests for a refund, or to return the glasses ignored.

Now in hands of Credit Card company, ordered elsewhere and correct prescription delivered within 3 days. Look elsewhere folks!

Thank you for your feedback.

I am extremely sorry to know that you are not satisfied with the experience against the recent purchase as there was a delay with the delivery of your glasses and on receipt the glasses were not suitable.

The usual processing time for Single vision orders is 5-7 business days however orders with made-to-order lenses can take additional time as the lenses have to be customized as per your request.

I understand from your message that the glasses received seemed to be made to an incorrect prescription hence were not suitable.

We offer a 90 Days Unconditional Return and a One-Time Exchange for all our orders. As per our policy, the support team member was in discussion with you to figure out how you wish to proceed however before we could come to a conclusion we received a dispute from your Credit Card Company.

At the moment we have no control over the payment received for your order as it is being held by your bank. We have responded to their concerns and the same is being reviewed by your bank. As per the update from your bank your dispute is being reviewed and will be closed on May 12, 2022, once the investigation is complete. Please be assured we have shared details approving a refund without any quibble.

If you have any further queries regarding the glasses please feel free to email us and we will be glad to assist you further however regarding the refund I would request you to contact your bank.

Really awful!

Really awful!! It's very much starting to feel like a scam. Ordered glasses 7th Feb, it's now 29th March.. No refund despite constant chasing, no glasses ever arrived, no tracking ever provided. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Really great service. So much choice. Amazing high quality glasses at very fair prices and all come well packaged. What's not to love, the name says it all - Perfect glasses. Thank you!!
