I placed an order on November 26th and received the confirmation and tracking number for the shipment that evening. However, the tracking number was never functional, and I was unable to track my package. I waited the 2-4 business days that Paula’s Choice estimates for delivery, but after 5 business days with no order, I tried calling customer support without success (it is impossible to speak with them via phone ). I then contacted them via chat, and they first blamed the courier (Post.it), then claimed they would send the product again.

I requested an email confirming the reshipment, which they sent while I was still in the chat. However, the new tracking number provided in the evening was also not working. I waited the following day, but still couldn’t track the package. At this point, I decided to cancel the order.

When I contacted customer service again via chat, they informed me that I couldn’t request a refund until I received the product, even though I had no reliable tracking information and no guarantee that the product would even be shipped. They continued to blame the courier and provided misleading information about my consumer rights. After more back-and-forth, I requested written confirmation that the tracking number would work within 24 hours or I would receive a refund. They stated they could not send such an email while on chat, and abruptly closed it.

Shortly after, I received an email stating that I would be refunded within 10 business days. This made me realize that the product was likely never shipped and that I had been misled with false information. Although customer service appeared polite, their responses were unhelpful and lacked transparency. Given the poor communication, unprofessional behavior, and lack of accountability, I strongly advise against using this e-commerce site.

I will now wait these 10 business days for the refund and hope they honor their commitment. If not, I will update my review accordingly.

Grote vragen over deze producten! Na gebruik van vitamine C Serum enorm veel roodheid en irritatie rondom de ogen. Mijn volledige onderooglid lijkt zelfs verbrand en trekt volledig samen. Ik kan niet meer buitenkomen. Afspraak bij de dokter gemaakt.

Folgende Bewertung schrieb ich bereits am 06.11.2024 auf der Paula's Choice Webseite (inkl. Fotos), diese wurde jedoch nicht veröffentlicht:

Ich kontaktierte den Kundensupport mit der Vermutung, dass mir mglw. ein bereits geöffnetes Produkt geschickt worden war. Das Verschlusssiegel (durchsichtiger Klebestreifen am Deckel) kam mir etwas beschmutzt vor und die Flasche fühlte sich zu nur ca. drei Vierteln (evtl. weniger) gefüllt an. Der Support reagierte schnell, tat meine Sorge jedoch ab mit der Begründung, das Verschlusssiegel hätte "durch die nachhaltige Papierverpackung einige Fasern aufgenommen". Auf meine Verwirrung, weil das Produkt eindeutig nicht voll war, wurde trotz Nachfragen gar nicht eingegangen. Das heißt, a) entweder sind die Produkte bewusst in zu großen Verpackungen unterwegs oder b) der Kundensupport kümmert sich nicht wirklich. Bei dem Preis wäre beides enttäuschend.

Leider habe ich bei allen bisher bestellten Produkten Hautreizungen in Form von brennenden und juckenden Ausschlägen im Gesicht festgestellt. Besonders die Augencreme führte zu einer deutlichen Schwellung der Augenpartie. Das einzige Produkt, das ich bisher problemlos vertrage, ist der Oil Remover.

Ich verwende Paulas Choice nun seit zwei Jahren und bin echt zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis. Früher hatte ich fleckige Haut im Gesicht und viele Pickel. Mittlerweile sieht meine Haut wieder super schön aus. Ich kriege kaum noch Pickel und schäme mich nicht mehr, wenn ich ungeschminkt außer Haus gehe. Auch mit den Lieferungen bin ich sehr zufrieden. Sie kamen bisher immer sehr schnell an und es war immer alles enthalten, was ich bestellt hatte.

They're scammers IMO. Place an order, delayed delivery, won't cancel the order. Instead you have to refuse delivery of the order...which of course they never deliver.

Go somewhere else, save yourself the hassle.

Ho comprato il pacchetto "Skin balancing set" adatto per pelli grasse e miste. Prodotto facile e comodo da usare ma il risultato non lo ho visto. I pori della pelle restano dilatati specialmente quelli del naso...

I just wanna leave a wonderful and warm thank you for this product that has been really helped my frustration for many months with my hormonal acne. Exactly 20days my face was really better seems was nothing happenend..Just like boom magic.
Dont look with the price might you get dizzy hahaha but try atleast the first small set which really a good combination.

Ik ben goed geholpen bij het kiezen voor een goede nachtcreme. Produkt ga ik nog gebruiken maar de advisering was een prima ervaring.

Ich bin seit 2019 Kundin bei Paulas Choice. Die Lieferung erfolgt immer umgehend und die Produkte,
vorallem das Retinol, das Vitamin C Serum und die Sonnencremes sind super. Alle hartnäckigen Pigmentflecken sind verschwunden, die Haut ist glatt und sieht sehr gut aus. Ich werde der Marke treu bleiben.

Worst page ever! it does not recognise promo code and it does not let you pay with debit card. I was more than 20 mins on the phone with customer service but NOBODY reply.

I normally place many online orders, but this type of customer care I faced first time in my life. To get my parcel was a real nightmare. In the website said that they use Fedex but my parcel has been sent by Correos, they attached wrong phone number to my parcel so I could not receive it! I tried to call them twice I spent 20 minutes over the phone, they just ignore it however it was business hours in NL. Then I managed to get respond from real person in the chat but the way how she talked was even worse then AI... She didn't offer any solution and left conversation in the middle. So rude! I cant believe customer care can act like this! The only who they care its themself!

After 2 weeks waiting for my purchase, and several responses as 'It's on delivery', I haven't received it yet. I asked for a refund, and their bot (it's impossible to talk to a person)'accepted', but I haven't received nor even an email confirming that I will get my money back. Terrible customer servic - they are near to be a fraud.

I don't even have my order, despite "getting help". I have spoken to 2 agents since placing my order 21st May. 10 days later after a 2-3 day delivery time, I still don't have my order. The 2nd agent - "Alicia" couldn't even be bothered to apologise. What has happened to this company? It's not like the products are cheap and they've run out of money, so what's happened internally?

I contacted them after 7 days without my delivery and they assured they'd send it out. I mistakenly presumed a next day rush delivery. Nope, they've sent it the exact same way as the first time and it's now still in transit somewhere!!! Alicia said it "might come tomorrow".

I was offered a 20% discount off my next order. I will never use this company again and I don't think they care. Good for them I guess

Sehr gute Produkte, zudem kann man Proben bestellen um zu sehen welches Produkt zu einem passt. Regelmäßig gibt es Aktionen bei denen man etwas sparen kann.
Heute hatte ich mich mit dem Kundenservice in Verbindung gesetzt weil ein Pumpspender defekt war und es wurde mir innerhalb von 5min geantwortet und sofort weiter geholfen! Also alles super, kann ich jedem guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen! TOP!

All products are terrible! They smell very bad and I have the worst allergy ever! Please, dont buy it if you have sensitive skin or dry skin. Its really really bad! I pay around 300 euros and I am so dissapointed..

Ware teilweise ausgelaufen und keine Rückmeldung Vom Kundenservice. Bei solch teuren Produkten wirklich unmöglich. Mich haben Sie als Treue Kundin verloren.
