Shine Stopper - simply the best product to stop/prevent ‘shine’ on the skin..
This does exactly what it says ‘on the tin’ and I have used for many months now and it has not let me down, kept my skin NON shiny which is what I was after. I was dubious in the beginning, as other products either didn’t work or left a white residue, this looks and feels natural and is part of my daily routine. I am glad I accepted my friends recommendation. I would like to thank Paula’s Choice for being reputable and honest company with products that actually work.

Just amazing
I was looking for products that can exfoliate my oily sensitive skin without irritating it,came across Skin Perfecting 2% BHA liquid exfoliant.
My it is amazing,after 2 weeks of use ,my skin looks great and clear of blemishes .

For the first time I have found a range of skin products that actually work. I have tried so many products but a lot made my skin worse. Since using the calm range my sk8n has been so much better. Thank you paula's choice.

My favourite brand
I am a loyal customer of Paula’s Choice, their customer service is fantastic and their products are the only ones I trust! Whenever I try a new product that hasn’t worked for me I’ve been able to return immediately with no issues. I receive free gifts on my birthday and they always have offers on. Fantastic products and customer service
Been using C15 super booster for a couple of months and my skin has really brightened. The exfoliating treatments are lovely too, currently using Daily smoothing 5% AHA, having started on 1% BHA, and both really smooth my skin with no irritation. The peptide eye cream also fantastic. And the customer service is excellent - when an order went missing they resent it immediately for me. Love this company!

Issue sorted quickly
I have always loved Paula's choice products. Unfortunately there was a mixup with my last order. I sent an email and the issue was resolved the next day and they went above and beyond. Customer service exceeded my expectations. Love this company!!

When customer service is tested?
Paula’s choice have a range of great products which I have loved for years now.
Nothing tests a good company like providing customer service. An unfortunate incident with the delivery of an empty box meant I had to go through customer service, here I felt supported and understood as a customer.

Firstly, Paula's choice products are very good. After trying so many skincare products, I have settled on Paula's Choice. Secondly, their customer service is too good. They are very prompt in responding to questions. Their small gestures of sending free gifts helps in keeping a good relationship with the brand.

Loyal customer
Loyal customer. I ordered one item this time (which is already overpriced), then the next day the 20% offer started, I contacted and asked if I could get the discount for my order which hadn't been shipped at the time as far as I was aware. The answer was no, I then asked for a £5 good will gesture and mentioned I can just return the item when it turns up and re order at the discounted rate. They agreed that is fine to do. This wastes my time, the companies and the transporting (royal mail) company. All for i think a total of £8.25. I expect better from businesses and this is clearly not a model that is profitable or recommended in the business space. Bad service. Cost themselves more money and potentially lost me as a loyal customer.

Very helpful with a return
I had bought some salicylic acid to try, I started it gently but unfortunately it triggered my eczema to flare. Such a shame as it has very good reviews! The agent I spoke to was very helpful and they were able to give me a refund. I would use this company again to try the other products they have.
