When all this first started I hated it and I was a bit frightened I suppose cause I ain’t good with online stuff but now I’m confident with it and it’s good

Quick way to get hold of your GP and practice instead of waiting and waiting. Thus request to use this service as much as possible

Although my experience with Patches was very good this time, I have had an awful lot of attempts to understand and use this site quite conflicting! However when it works it is great.

The software itself seems stable enough with it's functionality fit for purpose. It does, however, to my mind suffer somewhat by so closely resembling the 3GL mainframe TP systems of the 1980s. The company ask for feedback and permission to contact but never respond (therefore I assume they understand the criticism and have no intention of making the interactions less cumbersome)

I also find it frustrating that once the surgery send their initial response, even when requesting further information, there is no option to reply, one is forced to open another new request. And another. And ...

As someone who is extremely poor at any technology.Patches is very easy to navigate.

This GP practice has the most qualified and empathetic GPs. In particular, Dr. Jamilla Sherif is very kind, qualified and works very closely with the patients with a very kind heart and evidence-based science. I always look forward to seeing her.

all the ones above lauding patches obviously have not tried to use this patch service as:

When your surgery is closed, you cannot fill in a patch request online, you have to wait for your surgery to turn on their computers, as they close them when locking the surgery from the previous day.

For example if you are ill on the Thursday before Easter Good Friday, you have to wait "FOUR" days to fill in a patch request online you lose Good Friday,Easter Monday and the Easter Weekend.

It does not possess a spell checker for many complex medical terms some having 30 letters in their names, this results in you having to google the correct medical name which is time wasting and needless or the red line keeps occurring, it is supposed to be a medical help not whether you have a GCSE in Grammar, there are people who use patches who sadly were not taught English Spelling Grammar, why should they be penalised, when a spellchecker helps everyone who wants to use their service.

I'm sorry Trustpilot you are also guilty of not having a spellchecker, what is the reason for this would be my question.

If you do not have Java Script enabled on your laptop, your patch request will not even start the race, you cannot access patch full stop. What will the next hurdle be Apple high value laptops only.

The patch service must be for all whether they can spell correctly or were not born with a silver spoon in their mouth.

There are loads more but they just put this in the delete bin, like everybody else's views good or BAD.

I’ve tried a few GP practices before, but this has genuinely been the best experience I’ve had so far.

The Patchs system works really well, and every time I’ve used it the practice has replied on the same day and dealt with my request quickly. I moved to this practice from Blackfriars, even though Blackfriars was only about 6 minutes’ walk from me and this practice is around 36 minutes away. That says a lot about how much better the service has been.

The staff are responsive, helpful, and efficient. I really appreciate how quickly they deal with things and how easy they make the process for patients.

Highly recommended.

I have never had any difficulty getting an appointment, especially when my concerns feel urgent. The practice is very responsive and accommodating, ensuring patients are seen when it truly matters.

Patchs is a highly recommended way for patients to communicate confidentially with their GPs, pharmacists or Social prescribing link workers & other referred medical services with responses being received very quickly considering the amount of clinically vulnerable patients they all assist .

The patchs request system can be accessed by all patients directly online or with assistance including , the availability of the Surgery’s telephone service.

Patchs requests are ethically & confidentially dealt with by the admin /receptionists teams at North Fulham Surgury who ,along with the GPs & Pharmacists respond directly as soon as possible , with respectful consideration for the different types of medical patchs requests presumably received & depending on the urgency of the request, they always help to reassure & assist all patients accordingly.

This has been consistent since I’ve personally used the North Fulham Patchs service for myself & family members as life time patients when Patchs was implemented initially .

North Fulham Surgury has always emitted a constant unique & exemplary demonstration of sincere medical health & wellbeing duty of care, respectfully prior to the Patchs system being implemented, the Surgery’s telephone service & in person communications have always been a highly ethically professional service .

Kirkholt medical practice (the reception staff, doctors and nurses) always treats their patients with the utmost care, respect and compassion. I cannot put into words how much I have been looked after by this practice. This is the best practice I have been too. Thank you so much for helping me, and showing care above and beyond.

Ellergreen medical centre is one of the best Dr's in Liverpool, I have been with them for over 60 years and never had a complaint. The Staff are excellent considering how they are spoken to by some members of the public and I have always been contacted by a Dr on the same day if I have requested one

The way in which the website is designed in terms of addressing the questions is like you are in front of the questioner which builds a different confident mark
