Where most uk moan about not been able to see GP , receptionist being rude and all , I think I’ve been quite lucky with patch and New Islington and Ancoats medical practice. Patch is available all the time to send your non emergency query and practice sees me next day. It easy to use, user friendly and works well with my practice. Thank you for this great service

Love the new system, one tiny issues is why can't you make requests or appointments when your closed, surly the request will all arrive for some one to deal with when you open, but you can't book an appointment or do anything outside there open hours seems strange to me

It’s been excellent for me,just sign in and every time I have done it I have had a reply in an hour or a phone call,it’s great that I don’t have to stay on the phone and call lots of times at 8am.brilliant for me as a worker 5 ⭐️s

Hello, Forty Willows has been the best GP Surgery for my family Since 2020. They always give us the best Treatment and advise. The Doctor and Advisors at the Reception are really extraordinary and excellent. Very well mannered and the Doctors, Pharmacists and Nurses are truly the Best. Wishing them the Best.

The greenway medical practice is a brilliant doctors ive never had any bad experience ive always had good and i would recommend any to the practice and patches is brilliant and you can guarantee someone will get back to you by the end of the day or the next day

It is very easy to use. The questions are very comprehensive.

There is need to make Patchs more user friendly like option of skip should start right after second message rather than going upto ten entry messages.

Contacting surgery through patchs is a good way and the doctors respond to my requests fairly sooner. I am very satisfied with overall services. I only downside is the patchs is only available during working hours. If it can be made 24x7 would be very much useful.

Once one is used to system it works easily

So far, the system seems to work well. I do think it is possibly hard for someone older. A lot of information needs to be entered to finally get to the appointment request.

Very easy process to request appointments , follow ups and medication

As a patient with multiple complex needs I’ve found PATCHs to be a formidable beast - However once I’d learnt to tame it I’ve found it a quick and easy way to contact the GP surgery ( within the parameters of the GP too 😆)
Luckily I was semi computer literate -
The kids of today should find it a breeze
Mind it still psss me off when it adds another 5 questionnaires 🤣🤣
