Easy to use online form. Only a few questions and answers and quick response from surgery. Much easier than waiting on the phone to be answered and giving replies to a receptionist. You know that all the information provided will go forward.

Willow House Surgery at willow Road EN1 3AZ has some amazing doctors and reception team. Dr L Jamil and Dr Kumar Junior are my favourites. They are friendly and do care for their patients. They show that by listening to you and your concerns before making any further decisions for course of action. Thank you for everything ❤️

St Hilary’s in Wallasey is the most efficient surgery I could hope for

they are very efficient, and not intrusive at all. if you have trouble in communicating with people this is a very helpful way to do so.

I find PATCHS so quick and easy to use. I don’t have to sit on the phone waiting in a queue to get through to someone. I just fill out the online questionnaire and somebody comes back to me almost straight away. I use PATCHS for appointments and repeat medication requests

New Otley Road Medical Practice is a very good surgery and the staff are lovely and very helpful. The doctors and nurses are very empathetic and supportive. Dr Razi listened and helped my brother where others had over looked him for years. Naomi gave me a blood test and I didn’t even know she’d finished, so I hope she doesn’t leave the surgery.
I would also recommend this surgery based on the services they provide and how they have made my life easier balancing my health around my work and personal life.
