I passed my driving test today first time with only two minors, and I couldn’t have done it without Douglas Scott.

From the very beginning, he was patient, supportive, and incredibly professional. He explained everything clearly and helped build my confidence step by step, especially in areas I initially struggled with. His calm teaching style made a huge difference and helped me stay relaxed behind the wheel.

Thanks to his guidance, I felt fully prepared on the day of my test. I would highly recommend Douglas to anyone looking for a reliable and encouraging driving instructor.

I would recommend avoiding this company for several reasons.
Firstly, there was limited availability on their booking calendar. When I eventually managed to find a suitable time, I paid for a 2 hour slot, only to be cancelled on by the instructor.
I naturally assumed this would be refunded back to me, but failed to realise that once you have put money into your account, it is held as credit.
Furthermore, they charged me double, so I had paid £140 for a 2 hour lesson! The only reason I have given this company two stars is that their customer support line was helpful and quickly helped resolve my double payment.
When I finally had a 'one-off' lesson to make up for my credit, I was not entirely impressed by the instructor.

I have had great experiences with driving schools in the past, but this one was unfortunate!

Had money in account (£660) with this company since September 2025. Constantly cancelling driving lessons at a moments notice. One was her birthday lesson. PassNGo take at least 10 days to respond. They don't allow you to get a refund, despite them being unable to provide a service. They're thieves. Since September the 21st 2025, my daughter has had two lessons. TWO!!! Her test is booked for June. Plenty of time you would have thought, not for this shambles of a company.

Their driving instructors have numbers on their socials for private bookings, so they can make more than PNG pay them. When they get a booking through there, they cancel the PassNGo booking and treat it like a safety net to top their income up. PassNGo are aware and don't care, because of their refund policy, they get paid either way and have no interest in the students. Its essentially a scam

I passed! Absolutely thrilled, only 3 minor faults.

I had a few challenges to overcome that made driving more difficult for me - having someone who 'got it' and didn't judge really helped. Always felt very safe with Tanya. Her emphasis was very much 'we're learning to drive safely for life', not 'teaching to the test' (although, I did end up passing quicker than expected). I put this down to Tanya's approach - safety focused, feedback always constructive, plenty of encouragement, tailoring the teaching to different ways of learning/thinking. And a few laughs along the way.

I would highly recommend Tanya, especially to anxious learners, neurodiverse people, anyone who feels they're not a 'natural' driver or have struggled previously.

As for Pass N Go as a company, no major issues overall. It would have been helpful to receive an email confirmation when booking lessons (the slot sometimes disappeared from the calendar, leaving me unsure), and a bit more flexibility with credits/refunds would be welcome. But these are minor points compared to the excellent instruction I received from Tanya. She's a credit to Pass N Go and I would wholeheartedly recommend her.

Lauren was very helpful and friendly and made it easy to create my account and set up my lessons.

I would love to know what others think about this company, because I’ve paid for 5 lessons first one got cancelled then when she came I only got 1 hour, got taken to a area with a lot of parked cars, and she made me park up near someone property and he couldn’t get out, I just would like feedback from other people

Ravi is a highly skilled trainer who is confident, patient and, most importantly, really listens and works with you. He tailors his approach to your needs and makes you feel supported every step of the way. If you’re looking for a great trainer, I would highly recommend Ravi. Learned to drive with Sean who was knowledgeable, experienced and enthusiastic about driving. He worked around my schedule, which other schools were unable to do, and was incredibly patient with me. I passed my test with PNG and would recommend them to anyone looking to learn to drive. Thanks for all your help Sean!

Richard Wareham, good old Biff is the best driving instructor you could ever get. No wonder he was nominated one of the top 100 instructors in the country and quite frankly he deserves number 1 place. This legend of a man not only helped me pass my driving test but gave me the confidence to go out and take the world by the scruff of the neck and battle on even when I feel I am not strong enough. As he said “there will always be someone better than you and will always someone worse than you” and that is applied to not just driving but anything and alongside his calm and controlled style of teaching, his personable, empathetic and understanding character and much more are what make Biff a credit to his profession, to PNG and to
himself. I’m a very anxious person and never ever thought I would be able to drive, and now I still can’t believe it that I have passed even months since but I am so much happier in myself that I can drive and feel much more
confident in myself and that is all thanks to Biff. Cheers Biff, you are an epic legend that will be forever remembered. Huzzah!!!……also if the head honchos at PNG are reading this, give Biff a raise, a good one too, you won’t regret it. 😊🤘 Huzzah!!!

I would like to thank my driving instructor, David Hutchinson, for helping me pass my practical driving test on the first attempt.
From the very first lesson David's calm and clear guidance made me feel at ease and over the past few months my confidence behind the wheel has grown significantly. It has always been clear how dedicated David is with his work and I couldn't be more greatful.

1st time pass with easy to learn tips, easy to speak to and always in good mood

6 weeks ago I started my 30 hour intense driving course. Amaar was my instructor and he was great. Taught me everything I needed to know and was comforting, professional and knowledgeable always. I can’t recommend him enough!

I completed an intensive course with Gary through PassNGo and passed my test first time. Gary was excellent and made the whole course entertaining. He identified quickly where I was going wrong and practised those areas to get me ready with a test. I’d 100% recommend using Gary through PassNGo.

I had a fantastic driving instructor who was patient for me and that made me pass first time!!!! Tanya made sure I was always breathing, due to my anxiety. She really made driving enjoyable for me. I would recommend her to my friends and family and anyone for that matter. She really is the best. We had laughs along the way and I will forever be grateful for her.
