Pass N Go Driving School Recenzje 4722

Instructor cancelled a week before my test due to a personal issue (understandable), but Pass N Go completely failed to provide any replacement, leaving me without the final 14 hours of lessons I had already paid for, and no car for my test.

Despite this being entirely their failure, I was told I would only get a refund if I hired my own car for the test, which completely defeats the point of paying them in the first place. Their terms conveniently focus on customers cancelling, but say very little about when they fail to deliver.

I’ve now been left scrambling to find an instructor last minute, with the risk of losing a test slot that took 6 months to secure (with 18+ week waits).

I am now pursuing this through the courts and have reported the matter to the DVSA.

So upset, this company owe me £70+ and have messed me around on countless occasions. Tony in Newcastle in particular is a terrible driving instructor who will cancel lessons late notice more times than you actually receive them and leave you on read for weeks.. and then make poor excuses for taking your lesson money without delivering lessons. I put in a complaint which has still not been resolved and there’s nobody who I can actually contact to fix this properly. So upset this has caused me so much unnecessary stress I’ve had other driving instructors who were so much better do not risk going with this company it’s not worth it. My new instructors only lesson hours I might be able to do at 6am before work..

Very polite and competent teacher, explains everything in great detail, demonstrates, and explains the entire machine control system well. I am very satisfied with my lessons.

I booked in with Simon Tyler for some refresher lessons before I had my test. All lessons were tailored to work on my weaknesses ready for test day. I then passed my test after a few weeks of lessons with 0 minors. Can’t recommend Pass N Go enough!

I had Graeme and he was amazing. Helped me finally pass. Great experience.

I had a very disappointing experience with Pass N Go. I provided the correct address in Darlington when booking, yet the driver went to the wrong location in Thornaby. Instead of taking responsibility, he initially tried to blame me for the mistake. He later realised his error and even changed the address himself—I have proof of this.

The whole situation caused unnecessary stress and delays, all due to a mistake that was not mine. This level of service is unacceptable, and I will not be using this company again. I would not recommend Pass N Go based on this experience.

Even giving one star is a laugh—it should have been none.

I would recommend Marina Morris, she is welcoming and makes you feel comfortable in the car as soon as you get in the car. She makes sure everything is spot on for you. Huge thank you to her and wouldn't want another instructor.

Sean smith, I have just recently passed with Sean and it has been the best few months of driving I have done. Sean is a very capable instructor that has helped me through my driving experience. I could not ask for a better instructor. Reccomend!!!

My driving instructor Joanna Millward , was really patient with me and had a really good understanding of my autism and my dyslexia she was very supportive and helped me build my confidence I will miss my lessons with Joanna but if you ever need a driving instructor pick Joanna she is amazing

Allison Wareham in hereford is an amazing driving instructor , she helped me pass first time within 26 hours .

Dean was amazing. Perfectly balances constructive criticism without being condescending or stress inducing. I passed first time!

He made it a pleasure to learn and really taught me to be a confident driver! I've had three instructors over the last few years and he was really the best!

Passed my driving test last week and would like to give Martin Jobling the credit due to his amazing coaching and ability to draw out one's full driving potential.

He always ensured I covered any weak areas in my driving by prompting me to think about any mistakes during practice and then elaborated on how to avoid those mistakes moving forward.

Excellent communicator and great use of knowledge.

Would highly recommend both instructor and PassNGo!

They stole my money and didn't deliver any training

I learned with Graeme Jeffrey . He dealt well with my deafness and was incredibly patient. I felt very comfortable from day one and actually looked forward to lessons. I feel well equipped to deal with the roads and be a safe driver! Highly recommended!

Emma is an amazing instructor , she helped me pass my driving test first time and I’m very grateful for her help and excellent teaching skills .

Highly recommend David Hutchinson as a driving instructor, he was a fantastic teacher and incredibly calm and patient. He helped me gain confidence on the road after just a couple lessons and the laughs along the way made the time fly by

Just passed today with my instructor Marina Morris sat right behind me! Shes really understanding picking up on how I needed to be taught within the first 4 hours after then I felt like we was bestie every lesson, making sure I was comfortable and confident always, going to miss our lessons Marina but honestly youl not be seeing the last of me!
