Absolutely terrible service. Parcel was to be returned but has been lost. 4 months later and I still have not received payment from their insurance and they are delaying the payout even though the parcel was insured for €500.

The worst service ever dealt with! Charged for parcel that wasn’t even collected! Still waiting for my refund! Shocking bad experience

Do not use this company, booked a collection for 1 package and due to be collected on 5 diffrent dates! Never collected even though customer service re booked it in for each of those days! And had to contact them everyday to report a non collection. Incompetent! I never leave trust pilot reviews good or bad but this experience was diffrent level

Waste of time. At each stage of the booking portal I ran into an error that wouldn't let me proceed. Probably just as well as I got the parcel sent for less by booking directly on an post.

This review is for ZERO stars. I can’t put into words how much of a disgrace this company is. Paid and booked for next day parcel collection, the day came and went and the parcel wasn’t collected. I contacted Parcel2go and they told me “there’s no guarantee it would be picked up” WHICH IS INSANE. They told me it would be picked up the next day, it never was. I contacted them again and requested they give me a label with a different courier and a label for me to drop it off somewhere myself. There was a price difference of €18 cheaper, so they had to refund me. It took 8 days for them to refund me €15, the incorrect amount. Do not go near them with your money. It’s a scam company.

Parcel 2 go is a joke, I’ve also had nothing but bad experiences with UPS in the past and now these jokers, avoid like the plague, if I had known that ups we’re going to deliver my package I wouldn’t have ordered it, somebody else said parcel 2 go missing and I totally agree, avoid these clowns

Parcel was not picked up. They do not recognize the P2G tracking number on my receipt, so I have no recourse or ability to contact them.

Avoid them. Our parcel was in the collection box for 2 weeks. No one has collected it.

I felt a bit worried after seeing such negative feedback in Ireland compared to their global account. However, I was pleasantly surprised.

Collected in Dublin to deliver to Germany. The return time on my contract was tight and I was really concerned. Leading delivery companies made it a nightmare to add two parcels to one delivery, unless of course you chose their express service, which cost an absolute fortune. So I used Parcel2Go Ireland and they collected the next day (Monday) and although they said it would be delivered on Monday (one working day outside my agreement) it was delivered the previous thursday instead, three days after I sent it.

Very happy with this service and felt compelled to say as such, given the bad feedback they have received. Not sure it's warranted.

Very bad service. Our parcel hasn’t been collected for over a week. We contacted support through chat four times already, and each time the collection date was postponed — now up to 10 days.

They keep blaming the courier from GLS, even though we purchased the service directly from them, not GLS.

We are also still waiting for our refund. This is extremely frustrating.

I would never use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone, especially businesses that have customers waiting for their parcels.

Most likely a scam site. Paid for a parcel to be collected and shipped. Parcel was not collected, and there's no way to get an answer through the website support. I can't even cancel and request a refund. I've submitted a charge back request with my debit card.

It is a scammers and they stole money and my information today.

I paid for guaranteed next day delivery, and additional insurance. The ticket was created, and no updates. The item was due to be collected on Friday, and on Monday I contacted to be told if it doesn't happen, they don't automatically re-book. So not only was I not made aware, but they were not willing to resolve it. I was told I could re-book for the Tuesday (which was after the event) or request a call-back for 24hrs time (also after the event) absolutely shocking customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

ATTENTION KEEP AWAY!!! THIS COMPANY IS A DISASTER.... Organized a parcel for a brand I am about to launch - I wanted them to collect some samples in UK and send to Ireland. Should have read trust pilot before booking them. Waited over 2 weeks before they claimed my parcel was lost - Highly suspicious as the tracking was never updated and zero contact from them during this process. Raising a complaint with trading standards authority in UK.

Waited five days for collection ...contacted company by 'chat' and was assured twice that they were following up. Finally told that I should read the terms and conditions as it states service / collection not guaranteed. I have had no success getting a refund because their site is down for refunds.
Also told they had no way of following up with Fastway for updates! What kind of company admits these things. Payment came out of my account the next day...that was the quickest thing about their service.

Impossible to contact anyone there today, the only option seems to be their online chat but all the agents were unavailable for hours. I finally made it through to Lindsey who, after a series of mistakes and processing an incorrect refund amount, just abandoned me mid-sentence saying her shift had ended. Can't imagine worse customer service TBH.

Extremely disappointing service.
After failing to collect a parcel the first time, I reorganised with the company for a second pickup—only for them to fail again. This made me look unprofessional in front of the recipient, who was relying on the collection. When I contacted customer service, they claimed a 97% success rate, but based on my experience, I’d be surprised if it were even 3%. Completely unreliable.

Not sure if this is a scam company or what but beware!!!
Left 1 week without parcel collection. Spoke to a robot on their call centre x 4 times....complete waste of time and brain cells. Rescheduled collection 4 times waited in my house 4 different days no collection. And then when you request a refund they make you wait to see if you qualify for a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Absolute scam courier. Do not use under any circumstances.

This company is a scam beware everyone they take your money then tell you 2 days later they don't deliver to required country and good luck getting your money back
