SCAM

I ordered a 3 door wardrobe from this company through Amazon. Everything was fine when I was building it, until I got to the final step of adding the doors. There is a gap between the two smaller doors, with one of them overlapping, meaning that the larger door can't close shut. I tried to get support through Amazon, but it directed me to the company's website (which looks dodgy). All I got was an email address that bounces back and when I requested a refund, I got sent return label addressed to a person, not the company. I am expected to return this defective wardrobe myself with no means of doing so.

Avoid at all costs

Wardrobe ordered via Amazon by my wife.

This company deserves a bad customer service, 1 star review

This company deserves a 1 star review. They have a email and is fake !,They have no customer service( so how can an online company can do that ?!) they work along with Amazon says on their website. The delivery man was the rudest ever , instead of ringing saying what time he will be at mine ( as many drivers do) he rang saying I’m outside your house at 12 , I left a note saying I will be home from work from 3 pm he said he never got notified , not my issue if the offer a service online saying : leave a message to the delivery, I had to leave my client at work as he was saying if you are not here in 15 mins I take it back, so he went do another delivery and got back ( impossible to do another delivery in 15 mins 😂 as it was traffic hour ) he left the parcel and he was rude all the time literally telling me off and I said I left a message , he kept saying not my problem ( well not mine either as I left a note) disgusting service, and I didn’t even make a bed but saw all bad comments about their products

Wrong fixings !

Received a computer desk to which the desk top had the wrong size holes for the screws supplied .
Sent numerous emails, no response !! 😠

Buy Elsewhere!!

I had a coffee table delivered. Sadly it is too big for the space i have. I haven't even opened the box. I requested a return. This company will accept the return, however they expect customers to pay for the return!!! This would cost more than the price of the table. My advice would be to go somewhere that will at least cover the cost of return. Sorry I ever purchased from them....

I have been trying to get hold of this…

I have been trying to get hold of this company for about three weeks. I have an LED coffee table that came with no LED lights and no instructions. I have requested via email that keeps being returned as undelivered to send me the manual for the coffee table so I can put it together as trying to return. It has been an absolute nightmare so I’m hoping that this company is reading this will have the decency to send me a manual for my LED coffee table. By asking me for my email address.

STAY AWAY FROM BLISSWOOD OTTOMAN BEDS

I purchased a blisswood ottoman bed through Amazon, it has a bad bad odour from day 1 of delivery, but was told the smell would go, 10 months later it absolutely stinks , we have tried airing it, air freshners, cleaning products etc. Blisswood have refused a exchange or refund , look elsewhere for a bed , unless you want to deal with a faulty bed with no returns policy.

Ottoman bed

I brought an ottoman bed or thought it was as when the delivery driver turned up he had a small package, letter sized with him, I told him It wasn't what I ordered but he just pressed delivered. So nearly 190 spent no bed, I had to buy another one and I'm waiting on a full refund. The company doesn't respond weekends. So now have to wait until they contact me to get my money back. Which I hope is very soon, I will never buy from this site again and urge others to really think about it before they do.

Avoid at all costs

My Mum purchased a office chair through their amazon store, during assembly i noticed hand written notes and parts in odd looking packaging inckuding the wheels being packaged in a carrier bag,

Item was returned by a prior buyer due to an important bracket not lining up correctly meaning you couldnt actually assemble the chair.

Tried returning on amazon and they were so apologetic they offered a 30% refund?

after multiple messages back and forth i am still to receive my return label because the tape we used was the wrong colour.

what company ships an item they know has been returned as it cannot be used and then gets difficult over the return absolute disgusting and shocked,

AVOID THIS SELLER!!

AVOID THIS SELLER!!! BED IS NOT STRONG ENOUGH FOR NORMAL SLEEP!
I bought a double ottoman bed with gas lift from Amazon.
The bed is really weak, not possible to use for long term, looks ok if you purchase for design but really inadequate for sleep, the gaslift pistons doesn't work, I let them know and they asked for a lot of proofs, when I want to return, they called me and asked pasive agresiv if I want to return, to send them the items in original package and the mattress rolled like I received, but Terms and conditions said IF POSSIBLE, who reserve the original package if in case you want to return, is normal to threw becausea bed is purchased for long term. Please avoid this seller!!! You have plenty other options.

Cowboy company, just avoid

Delivered half of the item. I then had to contact Amazon, the seller and courier. It took hours to finally get through, passed from pillar to post and then was given lie after lie, which was proven and admitted. The seller was just as useless as the courier. The half of the bed I did receive looks okay but cheaply made. Rather than fix the issue, the seller chose to cancel and not collect the half bed so leaving me with rubbish. Avoid at all costs! Overall it's been about 10 phone calls to and from the courier. 4 different excuses, twice contacting Amazon who agreed the seller is at fault and should offer a partial refund so the seller just cancelled instead and is now refusing to collect the half bed that's dumped on my property. Just save yourselves the headache and order from another company

Great product, great service

I ordered two identical side tables from Blisswood. One arrived in double quick time and is perfect for my needs. The quality of the product is extremely good for the relatively small price paid.
I queried non receipt of the second item and was very quickly advised that tracking of the item showed that it was lost in transit and that a refund would be made and I was able to re order at my discretion once the refund was made.

The communication between Blisswood and myself was very fast

I am completely happy with the product AND the customer service and would have no hesitation in ordering from this company again

Absolutely disappointed the Order an…

Absolutely disappointed the Order an ottoman bed.only arrived with the headboard when it clearly says in the description it included screws,slats,panels etc.Really disappointed would only like the rest of the missing items to be sent to me REALLY DISAPPOINTED

I bought a massage chair nearly 2 years…

I bought a massage chair nearly 2 years ago and the chair has totally snapped in half. Besides the fact that the massager is not great at all we never really used it so wasn't a point to complain about it. But it snapping in half is terrible qaulity, I contact Blisswood and I got a 2 line message saying it's out of warranty and thank you for understanding... well I don't understand. The qaulity is terrible in this case if you think that 1 year warranty is good and you can't even say that you sorry this happened nothing... just your warranty is out. When I said well I paid 159 pounds for this chair a d I would expect it to not totally snap.. wear and tear would be normal but we don't use the chair that often that wear and tear to material is good. I got fobbed off again with here's your invoice you requested which was a one liner no detail and my address. And nothing can be done. So if nothing can be done.... please people be careful when purchasing chairs with the 1 year warranty if you would like it to last longer than that.

Poor customer service bought item and…

Customer service was not great had a fault with chair. Was told there was not one sent evidence showing there was then asked about a return and replacement one was then told I had to make sure it was all packed up in original packaging and with white tape and to be sent back at my own cost even though item was faulty. Was then offered £150 refund on the item so I could rectify the issue my self rather than have to pay £100 to send item back.

Their approach is shady, evasive, and disrespectful. Avoid this company if you value your time and money.

Received two sets of drawers—one yellowed and damaged, the other with yellowing gloss fronts. Both were unusable. Instead of offering proper support, this company tried to manipulate me into closing my PayPal dispute before issuing a refund, violating PayPal’s Buyer Protection Policy and consumer rights. Their approach is shady, evasive, and disrespectful. Avoid this company if you value your time and money.

Ordering was easy

Ordering was easy, delivery good and not hard to put together. Love the colour and rise function.
However I bought to sleep in due to being unable to sleep in a bed. The massage function doesn't even touch a person and the heat doesn't either so these are useless.
It doesn't recline enough to use for sleep and it's very rough material so needs a throw. The massge/heat areas are hard and stick through the material so extremely uncomfortable to try sleep on.
And seat narrow so you need to recline a little to be comfortable which makes it awkward for someone with mobility issues to get in and out off without constant reclining and rising.
So I'm back in my nice soft non electric recliner for sleep despite having trouble getting up and down as it's wider, softer and no hard bits. This chair which I was so pleased with originally (absolutely love the colour) has turned into an expensive waste of money.

Avoid this company

Ordered wardrobe and chesterdraws from this company, both products turned up damages and the materials are so cheap its unreal. Doors not cut level so don't close, draws don't line up no matter what you do. Contacted the seller who blames assembly or basically you even though it was a friend who is a carpenter who assembled the items. They then have the cheek to offer £50 refund when over £300 was paid for these unusable items that are simply badly made with cheap materials that could be dangerous. Would avoid this company at all costs. Will be reporting to trading standards.
Update.
I bought through amazon from Blisswood-204-0889353-1531506 order number.
Remember, the person you have been emailing constantly and then called me and claimed to be amazon and that I had to remove my review from Amazon site. Would not refund the full amount only 50% unless I removed my feedback. I told you I would put reviews on all platforms and I have reported your company for unusable and dangerous items to trading standards and I have. Also for miss use of personal data under the data protection legislation for causing distress and alarm. Everyone should know the dirty and underhanded tactics Blisswood use.
