Stayed in pa housing . Service is excellent right from booking and all the services.

The refurb went well. Both rooms look nice and fresh. The contractors did a great job. Always cleaning after themselves. Always updating us with next process which really helped. All complete now and it's great!

I think PA housing is great generally I have given good reviews to some workers at PA housing and a lot of customer service representatives are helpful. But there can be the odd time where I’ll get someone who just won’t give me the help I need, But that’s occasionally. Sometimes I get upset with the subcontractors that PA have hired. I’ve had electricians from wates who doesn’t know what they’re doing or kt heating engineers who don’t know how to set my thermostat on the boiler. And sometimes the workman don’t turn up on the day they said they are coming. If u have an emergency trying to get the help you need can take a while to get it sorted from calling the customer service team and to when the engineer comes out. The call waiting times can be especially long as well, And they don’t change toilet seats which can be an expensive from my experience, I’d like them to improve on the things I’ve mentioned in this review and make it a great service. But I thoroughly think they’re good for putting in quality boilers like Worcester boilers and also armitage Shanks bathroom toilets and baths and sinks.

They had been delayed, yet still they managed to finish the work quickly. Leaving the property clean after each visit and nothing spilling out of the room they worked in (that I noticed.) The workers worked fast and they ate polite also. Good job!

Excellent communication with Steve Hanlon, PA Housing and with PiLON colleagues. Excellent work on the bathroom upgrade.

I'm ina block of 6 flats. Since November 2024. We experience loss of electric power. To our security entrance door. And all lighting on the stairs. After coming up to 39 calls to report this. All given an emergency call out. With a heavy cost to all PA residents. Finally I made contact with Laura Kirmizi. Housing coordinator. Since her caring and understanding. Things are slowly heading in the right direction. And given the authority. Laura sent Jason Stewart to look at this situation. He immediately recognised. Very unhealthy practices by the so called electrical professional contractors. Exposed wiring shoddy coverings and power switches labelled incorrectly. Thankfully some of his recognised defects are being addressed. Swiftly and strongly by his intervention. These two people deserve my gratitude. And you to PA housing. They actually care and understand the concerns of the residents. I can not imagine how much longer this disgusting situation would go on for.
On the negative side. I was given a complaint case number. Dating back to June 2025. I received one phone call. On the 5th of August 2025. And requested an email to confirm our call. And to be updated regularly on the outcome of any findings. I still await the email and any updates. So PA housing your complaints department. Need looking at regarding there worth and necessity.
Hence my 4 star review. And those are for Laura and Jason.
I write this still without power once again since Wednesday the 1st of October. Once it rains it trips through all the exposed wiring. But I'm hopeful this one day will be sorted. To remind those bothering to read this. This November will be one year of power loss.

I would give 0* if I could. This company do not care about the tenants in the slightest. As long as they are receiving your money they couldn't care less if your house was crumbling down to the ground! I have raise complaint after complaint and none of them have been answered, some not even acknowledged! Its sad that you have to threaten to take things to the housing obudsman and take legal action against this company before they take you seriously or do anything to resolve the issues. I dont know about anyone else but as someone who is legally classed as vulnerable it seems they feel they can just ignore the issues raised because normally I would sit back and take it. Not this time PA!

Had my bathroom done and did a great job and also any kind of repairs they come and get it done and also clean up aswell after they are done! And also they help me with other stuff so yeah very happy!

I had a new bathroom fitted and new shower..I’m very pleased with the work that’s been done..all the tradesman turned up at the time of the appointment I was specified..they were polite and hard workers..I’m a very satisfied tenant..thank you.

The contractors were respectful and were clean in their work making sure carpets etc were covered.
Although had some issue with leaks along the way they have came out to repair straight away

I am so happy with my new bathroom which I had installed recently the materials and finish is of a very high standard and all the contractors where great and so friendly,I am very grateful to everyone at PA housing for organising everything, I am so pleased overall,

The workmen and women were respectful and efficient. Only on one day did they arrive late. They kept to schedule and kept me informed along the way.

We recently had our bathroom fully renovated and we’re so pleased with the results. The quality of the work is excellent, everything was finished to a high standard, and the attention to detail really shows. The whole process was smooth and professional from start to finish.

Kym Hobson helped me with my PIP form application to up my award as my circumstances had changed. I found her very helpful and she went above and beyond to make sure i was successful Thanku so much for your help Kym.

I was lucky enough to have a lady called Ayse Cingit dealing with my anti social behaviour case (neighbour problems).
What a professional!
Cannot thank her enough. Compared to the previous person I had dealing with it the difference is night and day.

I’ve had multiple concerning experiences with PA Housing that I feel need to be highlighted. Recently, my next-door neighbor had fencing work done, and the contractors entered my garden from the neighbours garden into my garden without any prior notice or permission. Two men contractors were in my garden and I saw them from my kitchen(which overlooks my garden) at this point I didn’t know who they were and I went into a panic it was extremely distressed this had a significant impact on my health and anxiety. I am a single woman on her own and I felt very unsafe . I wasn’t informed beforehand, and it left me feeling shocked and worried. This isn’t the first time either; a few years ago, scaffolding was put up in front of my house without any warning!
I had made a complaint to Pa housing about this in the past which also impacted my anxiety and well-being because the scaffolding wasn’t supposed to be put on my home it was for the neighbours so when men came randomly and start putting up scaffolding I got very distressed

Overall, I find this level of unprofessionalism unacceptable. Residents should always be informed before any work is done on or near their property. I hope that PA Housing takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements in their communication going forward.
I have put this complaint to Pa housing few days ago but had no responses so I’m leaving the complaint on trust pilot so they are aware.

You are a star , while there are some colleagues of yours in PA housing association who I am speechless about their conducts. Is a shame that I had to make complaints about them.
