Children behaviour and housing. There's not doing anything there.Children are being naughty, noking door

liars we have been in hotels for 2 months because our upstairs neighbors decided to get a dodgy plumber to fix there ensuite shower we have 4 kids and they tell us storys everytime this is truly disgusting they waste tax payers money the hotel bill 1k a day could of paid for the repair weeks ago shame on them

Terrible housing - hire militant parking officials - terrible maintenance even while paying ridiculous service charges - incredibly difficult to get in contact with for repairs.

I am deeply frustrated by the complete lack of urgency and support from PA Housing regarding a persistent safety and tenancy breach at the Nine Elms estate.

A neighbour is consistently hanging heavy laundry and large sheets directly over the external edge of their balcony rail. Today, they have 5 large towels hanging straight over the edge. Because these items are draped directly over the external balcony structure rather than using hangers or internal dryers, it creates an immediate physical drop hazard to residents below and violates strict building fire safety policies.

When I called the hub to report this active hazard today, the customer service was highly disappointing:

Advisor 1: Flatly refused to assist, log the issue, or provide any information.

Advisor 2: Finally gave me an incident number but told me I would have to wait 5 days for anyone to even look at it.

Website: I tried to escalate this through the official online complaint form, but the website is completely glitchy and does not work.

A visible building hazard that breaches fire safety protocols should be dealt with immediately, not pushed down a 5-day administrative queue. I hope the Nine Elms Estate Manager looks at Incident Number [687411] and resolves this before an accident happens. If PA Housing fails to take immediate action to enforce their safety policies, I will escalate this matter directly to the Housing Ombudsman.

PA housing usually tends to keep me informed about updates and changes.. My experience with Pilon however has been satisfactory.

Medium to Low resolve housing association. Can't resolve parking issues, anti-social behaviour, noisy neighbours. They never consult the tenants first - always implement first and ask for feedback at the end which then upsets tennants. Every block needs a block manager the tenants can directly get in touch with, their call in gets logged but depending on the complexity we get told you'll be contacted in 5 days - and nothing!

Been with them for 25+ years.

PA HOUSING HAS DAMAGED MY HOUSE AND IS REFUSING TO PAY THE DAMAGE FEES! DO NOT BUY A HOUSE NEXT TO A PA HOUSING HOUSE AS THEY'RE AWFUL WITH REPAIRS AND SORTING EVERYTHING OUT. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYTHING AT ALL, I'VE BEEN CHASING AND CHASING, BUT THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT DAMAGING YOUR PROPERTY.

Since I have moved into a flat with pa housing, the lads who came out to do repairs went over and beyond to help me,va lovely lady in finance was so empathetic, caring and helpful so was able to set up and a plan for paying my deposit aswell as kept to her word about getting back in contact with me, such a lovely lady.
Overall my experience so far has been amazing. Thank you so so much 😊🏡

Just had a full bathroom refurb. I can’t fault the items provided and the turnaround of work completed. There were afew odd days of sheduled appointments missed, but this was not by PA housing but the contractors, which is a let down when time has been taken off work. Overall i am happy for PA’s communication/professionalism.

Anyone thinking about buying a property from this company please do a bit of research. They damaged my property badly in October 23 done nothing about it whatsoever of now threatened to actually take me to court on nine separate occasions one of the actual letters threatening to take me to court didn’t even have a name or a signature on it. They have since damaged my property again last week they are not reasonable. People the only way to deal with them is in a court of law, unfortunately.

I am always happy with PA housing services at all time, with a series of poor service from previous landlords and councils I can clearly state PA housing is excellent in the professional work they do from maintenance to repairs Inc. Customer and tenant care im happy in every way thankyou greatly.

Update! Pa sent me a response but have lied about what I have left, I have proof, the stuff in the is not mine , I left 6 items in the garden,
I have reference and also i am still awaiting g response from your team as you've left me waiting for a response via email , all lies and if this is what you do to people who leave then its disgusting. I recommend you reply to my email !!!!

Worse housing ever, ended my tenancy , left the house empty , clean and with no damage , 6 months later they are trying to charge me for £1000 pounds worth of damage, what they dont know is i took pictures when I left so let's see what you have to say now. 13 years I was with them for, where I had to get environmental heath out , because the house was awful due to them bot doing repairs which I also have records so Im now waiting for someone to contact me from pa to show me prove of this so call damage , im ready to take you to court for lying and making out I damage the house when there is photo prove, waiting for a response pahousing......

Rubbish Housing association, don't deal with ASB, just allow tenants for 12 years to get court apperances due to their own agenda, 6 years of abuse, favoritism with nuisance right to buys daily offenders, livable noise is allowed at 1am- 5am which is laugable because it's illegal, shambolic, glad i left.Damp and mould never helped for years they just binned it off, disgusting.Can't even see out of my front window for 6 years...apparently it's fine lol, you can't even see my ground floor flat.

sadly i am back again to complain , 2 years ago and again a month ago I complained about a faulty fire alarm , despite no fire and leaving a notice in communal area and multiple emails to PA telling them that the alarm is faulty , i was having a nap and found fireman physically attempting to enter my flat via an open upper window , they could clearly see NO FIRE OR SMOKE and must have seen the notice , i felt that they were simply using my flat and the false alarm as a training exercise , some of the people at PA sound helpful on the phone but sadly they usually fail to get issues sorted as the policy seems to be to kick the can down the road , maybe i am just unlucky , on top of that I live in a building with a load of morons who seem to think its my fault if the faulty alarm triggers my flat , in reality there is very little we can do about it and obviously private landlords are even worse , oh well I guess i will be dead soon

All tradesmen worked professionally and very tidy.
The work schedulel sent to me daily really helped, so I could plan my day.
I loved the choice of colours for my new kitchen.

I spoke on the phone to a lady called Linda Robinson after missing a call. We had a good chat and she was very helpfuly and explained everything clearly regarding hosing benefit etc she was cheerful and friendly and I came away feeling very happy about the conversation. A lovely lady and very professional and helpful.
