Had an issue with next day delivery, which was not Padel Shack’s fault. They refunded the delivery fee and were very prompt in replying to my emails regarding delivery issues. Good customer service.

I’ve used padel shack many times in the past , very good service but unfortunately the padel racket cracked& splintered on both the face & back after a couple of months of use , very disappointing.

Amazing Customer Service
I don’t normally leave reviews, but in this instance I have to.
Back in early December, Padelshack held a demo day at my local club Padel Zone, where I tried out 2 rackets. I wasn’t sure about either, but took Oscars number and said I’d be in touch. Last week I reached out and said I had my eye on a different racket, and wished I’d tried it out on the demo day.
Oscar kindly offered to send me the racket to try out and if I didn’t like it could send it back. Being new to padel, this was an amazing gesture as it gave me the chance to test it in a game, which was really helpful indeed. I played today and loved the racket, and it won’t be going back for sure!
Every interaction with Padelshack was professional, and I can’t speak highly enough of them and Oscar.
Padelshack will be my go to place from now on, and highly recommend them as the #1 retailer in the market.

Disappointed in Quality of Product
The product was advertised as a premium Padel racquet… and on arrival the face of each side is bubbled, which makes the racquet look cheap and of a lower grade than expected.
