Had an issue with next day delivery, which was not Padel Shack’s fault. They refunded the delivery fee and were very prompt in replying to my emails regarding delivery issues. Good customer service.

Good deal on a padel racket and overall good delivery service. I would prefer to have immediate acceptance of my order rather than confirmation on despatch where you have 24 hours doubt if it’s really being supplied or not.

Thank you for your review. When an order is placed with us, each customer will receive an order confirmation followed by an email at dispatch with tracking details and an invoice. There have been previously reported issues with Microsoft email accounts (since resolved), so this might be the reason for the missing initial confirmation, unless it has gone to your spam folder.

Padel Shack is brilliant....but DHL courier is awful
I'm new to padel, website is easy to use, informative descriptions of products.
Racket and balls are shiny and new, very well packaged and protected.
Deliverd to pick up point 1 day after standard order.
Used the racket today and won all my matches!!
Padel Shack is brilliant.
The only issue was with the courier DHL. They didn't provide a store pickup code so I couldn't collect products on the day of my first game.
I used DHL 'contact us' link to Whatsapp chat but didn't get a response after 2 days.
Followed DHL website guidance and links to DHL apps to generate code but this wasn't possible as the links were for Dutch DHL and couldn't be used in the UK. UK DHL apps downloaded but you cant generate codes on these.
So i spent 30minutes on hold to DHL to get the pick up code. Finally collected 6 days after the initial order
