Had an issue with next day delivery, which was not Padel Shack’s fault. They refunded the delivery fee and were very prompt in replying to my emails regarding delivery issues. Good customer service.

Great selection of products
Great selection of products. Knocked a star off as they didn’t tell carrier or tracking info, although carrier informed me as I had their app.

Thank you for your feedback.
For all orders, we include tracking details and a VAT invoice. It may have gone into your spam folder at dispatch.
Regarding not informing the carrier, they are picked up from us and scanned at the sorting office, so there will always be a small delay, on average up to 12 hours. Just making you aware of this for future reference, as unlike couriers, postal services always scan them upon arrival at the sorting office

My order got delivered to the wrong address and no help was given when i rang up. Still don't have my order.

Good afternoon Callum,
I am very sorry to hear about the issues with your delivery. From looking at the notes, I can see this was being investigated by Royal Mail, but we should have dealt with the matter more swiftly.
On that note, we received an update from Royal Mail this morning. Our warehouse is currently closed, so we will arrange to resend the goods on Tuesday using the fastest possible service.
