Sold we something not in stock…

Sold we something that was not in stock but said on website it was and still says it is in stock. Did not let me know it was not in stock until I got in touch asking where my delivery was.

Great communication

Fast postage and great value product. I communicated a missing item from the manufacturer which was picked up really quickly and rectified.
Very pleased with the customer service would definitely use again.

Defective Product and Poor Refund Policy

I bought a refurbished wifi extender from Pacetech. It didn't work, so I returned it in accordance with the return instructions on Amazon. This required me to pay the postage and include tracking at a cost of £8.95.

Pacetech refunded the cost of the extender, but not the postage, saying that they had sent return label instructions. This is correct, except the instructions were sent after I had returned the item. They are now suggesting they will pay the postage cost up to £3.99.

Having instructed me to include tracking I cannot see how this would be possible for £3.99. Fortunately, Amazon have taken a different view and fully refunded my postage costs.

Thank you Amazon and shame on you Pacetech.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Amazon does provide return labels for items. Upon your request, we provided a prepaid return label. However, you informed us that you had already sent the item back and requested reimbursement for the postage. As the item was of small value, in accordance with our policy, we offered a return postage reimbursement of £3.99.

Modem good but speed slow

Everything is perfect, packing price and modem.
But one thing I am using I'd mobile 5G unlimited Internet. But signal is good 4,5 but the Internet speed is too slow. so browsers and videos watching too slow. If I need to change any modem sitting please inform me thanks.

Absolutely happy

It was my first order from Pacetech and I got very positive impression. Bought an item Thursday night. The price was below the majority of the online offers for the same product. Saturday evening I got it at my door.

TP-Link X60 MESH system - refurbished

I ordered the TP-Link X60 MESH system and this was described as refurbished. This cost much less than a brand new system, and quite honestly you wouldn't know it wasn't brand new, the condition is so good.
This arrived promptly and works perfectly.
