I ordered a refurbished TP link pass through adapter from Pacetech. I wanted one with WiFi, but mistakenly ordered one without. It arrived on time and in great condition, with a 12-month warranty. The error was mine, as without the WiFi it was no good to me. So, I asked for a return and refund, and I would place an order for the correct item. The return was accepted without discussion and was back in a couple of days. By the following morning, I had my refund and ordered the correct, refurbished item. Again, it arrived withing 48 hours, which was the service I requested, in “new” condition. It is now installed and works great (Thank you Pacetech). I cannot fault the sales, the service or the attitude so I give Pacetech 5 stars and would recommend them without hesitation.
