First rate supplier

First rate! Competitively priced both on the batteries ordered and their delivery. Arrived on schedule and well packaged. Batteries installed within 15 min of arrival and no issues. Highly recommend!

Great company to do business with

Great company to do business with. I ordered a refurbished Mesh WiFi unit. The item was exactly as described, well packaged and in excellent condition and works perfectly. The price was fabulous compared to a 'new' unit so a bargain too.
Royal Mail did delay the delivery but communication with Pacetech was prompt and they immediately chased this up on my behalf.
Highly recommended from a very happy customer.

Pretty happy after speculations

I was speculative at first but decided to give it a go anyway - low risk with a refurbished router and honestly I'm very happy with the item, the packaging, it even came with the original manual and no marks anywhere on the product. It felt like I received a brand new item and it worked perfectly.
There were no issues in hardware functionality, no dust, and I configured and tested the speeds which matched the manufacturer specifications - I give the entire process and item 5 stars.
From a very happy, soon to be returning, customer :D

One item not working. Does not respond to emails

Ordered a couple of items. Received in good time. Unfortunately one does not work.
Had a bit of trouble with getting a response originally, but once my email got found communication was good. Return was organized. Refund received. Thank you.
