Received item I ordered and it was the best price available at the time. Fit was good for me so no need to exchange or return.

Ordering was easy, and I got my shoes in a few days. I am so happy to find comfortable and pretty shoes in narrow width!

I originally bought this sandal according to the size I buy in other shoe brands -- 12W. It was longer and wider than all of those shoes. I bought it in an 11W and it fits perfectly. I love it and plan to get it in a different color. Got it at a good price and free delivery.

Your site is very easy to use and when I had a question I contacted your customer service they were very pleasant and accommodating. Unfortunately, I did have to return the shoes as they were too big.

Shoes are great. But customer service is horrible. Rude, lying, accusatory and trying to charge for returns when advertised as free. I was sent the wrong item and requested a refund. They said it was the correct item because the description said black not black/white when the photo showed black and white. Sent photos, then they claimed the amount they held back from return was for package protection I opted into when ordering. Lies. Sent photo of order, no package protection. Then they said it was shipping fee and not refundable. Lies. Vionic are free returns, And item was wrong anyway. Save yourself the trouble and Just order the same shoes from Amazon!

First pair arrived damaged; they did a great job processing the return/replacement.

On September 5, 2025, I purchased a pair of Bearpaw Sasha Women’s Boots (size 8) from OrthoticShop.com for $99.45, plus $5.48 for third-party shipping insurance (total $104.98, paid via Amazon Pay).
The order was marked as delivered on September 11, but I never received the package. I checked with neighbors and waited several days before contacting Orthotic Shop, confident that the insurance I purchased would cover the issue.
Instead, I was met with no assistance, no apology, and an accusatory tone. The representative even pulled up Google images of my home and told me they would not help. I was never provided with an itemized receipt, nor with the insurance information I paid for.
Despite repeated attempts—including emails, a BBB complaint, and phone calls—Orthotic Shop has refused to provide insurance details or issue a refund. At one point, they sent a six-word email (“we are sending you out another one”), even though I had clearly requested a refund, not a replacement.
Follow-up communication included dismissive and unprofessional emails such as “sorry we’re not moving fast enough for you.” Eventually, the company stopped responding altogether, citing “recording without consent” even though Michigan law allows implied consent when parties are informed.
At this point, I have filed complaints with the BBB, the FTC, and a police report. The company has left me with no product, no refund, and no access to the insurance I paid for.
This has been one of the most unprofessional, frustrating, and unethical customer service experiences I have ever encountered. I strongly caution others before purchasing from OrthoticShop.com.

The ordering process was quite efficient. Clearly you have to make a mold of your feet to get the custom made inserts. The foam forms arrived very quickly (for being shipped across the country (to Michigan). The impression process is straight forward. As well as the return mailing steps.

The order had a small glitch but all got resolved after a quick phone call. Thank you! Order received today!!

Received wrong size. Box said 5W and I received 7W. Also your system for printing return label wasn't working.

There was no problem with the ordering but the slippers are not right for me. I need support for my feet and I thought with you being an orthotic company you would have a sturdy slipper. I want to return slippers.

I ordered six (6) items and only 4 of them fit. So I set up a return of these four items. The return took a very long 12 days time to be received and processed. The worst thing was that Even though I had requested "store credit" the entire return was refunded to my card. This is not what I requested!
The refund has complicated things. I specifically requested store credit. I am extremely disappointed. The company has failed to do what they indicated they would. Customer service simply called it a human error and left it at that.

I was impressed with the delivery time. My shoes arrived in less than 5 days.

The size 8 did not fit need to return them for a larger size U S size 8 1/2 maybe a 9 medium is needed, but they are gorgeous

I have an average to thin foot size 7 but the Sole flip flop left a large blister after digging into the top of my foot & in between my toe. I just wore them a couple of times around the house but wore them shopping 1 time. I sent them back but couldn't get my money back with claims they were worn & dirty. I've never worn Sole before but unfortunately bought them instead of my usual Teva Voya which I have no problem with. Can't believe such high priced shoes would fit so poorly unless they weren't legit. Lesson learned. I let them donate them so someone somewhere got shoes they needed but will not buy shoes online again unless I know the store is legit & know the fit of the shoe.
