My shoe order was never delivered because when Orthotic Shop sent the shoes they asked me to call FedEx to have a trace done which they should have asked FedEx to do the trace and FedEx said that the address was different from what I gave to the Ortho Shop and FedEx refused to do a trace.
I called Ortho Shop back and spoke with
the manager who refused to fight for me with FedEx's refusal to do a trace on my shoes because
If they did they would find out that it was delivered to the wrong address.
Now I am out my shoes and what I paid for them.

Notified every step including notifying when finally delivered

I am a landscaper and have suffered with arthritis in both feet. I have been wearing the orthopedic work boot for five years now in those boots have kept me going. The comfort that I get from wearing these boots has been so much more than I could ever ask for. Thank you so much for making such a wonderful product.

Another good experience - my husband wears braces and has been ordering for several years now.
But why did you discontinue Answer mens black lace shoes. The Velcro looks SO medical, especially since he has to have buttresses put on his shoes
