I did not get an email confirming my order until today when I received the item I purchased. Otherwise I am pleased with the product and the delivery even though it took as while.

i ordered a pair of shoes which i thought the shop is the sender but they said the shoe company is the sender which make the shipping slower.it was not written so buyers could decide yes or no.

I was told that I'd get it within 10 days, but I got it in only 2 days!! Perhaps that was because the agent who I spoke with understood my urgency, due to the upcoming appointment with my orthotic shoemaker at the end of that same week? Anyway, thank you for that.

The product l ordered on November 29, 2025 (l believe it was processed on December 4th) still has not arrived.
I’m not a happy camper. This gift cost me a lot if money.

Delivery was sooner than expected and the shoes I ordered are great!

The sandals I wanted are no longer available but they are still being advertised and I was asked to rate them? Doesn't make sense

I rec'd order timely, easy order process, and product did not fit well, and they were not cushioned or supportive as described and thus easy process to return product.

I received this order. All was good, however they do not fit well on my husband's feet. I need to return these.

Ordering was easy. Delivery was quick. The upper portion of the slipper feels nice and super soft. Size was true. However, the sole is extremely hard which makes it hard for me, personally, to walk. I have donated them to the local shelter.

I placed my order on November 5, 2025 and paid $35.00 U.S. for shipping to Canada by DHL courier. I didn't receive my order until November 21st and it came by Canada Post with an additional charge of $26.36 Canadian which I was not made aware of at time or ordering. I contacted the Orthotic Shop by email and their responses were very curt and said "fixing cost is fixed and we are not responsible for GST". They did not address why I did not receive by package by DHL courier as paid for, nor did they respond to why wasn't I told that there would be additional charges at the border. I was not happy with paying $183.65 Cdn. for a pair of slippers for a senior citizen. Having said all of that, I do not want to take away from the quality of the slippers or how much my hubby likes them.

mainly the fact that these shoes have not been discontinued as they are the best and wear them every day. the price is a bit steep but considering I can get a discount that they wear so very well and are so comfortable, the price is worth it

Pretty much live in these shoes. I can go all day and not hurt. This is probably my 10th pair of these sandals!

My shipment was received in just a few days. The packaging was in good condition and the product was just what I ordered.

I’ve been looking for a pair of slippers that help me to walk comfortably. These are the best I’ve tried, so far! Good arch support, soft against the feet, and the three adjustable straps are excellent - especially for people like me, who need to have one shoe adjusted differently from the other. The only reason for only 4 stars is that the selection was minimal. I could buy only the cream color in my size when I would have preferred the black.
