Ormskirk Pets Recenzje

Great value and usually delivered in a couple of days

Originally ordered from another company who then couldn't fulfill my order. Found Ormskirk Pets selling the bed I wanted at a good price. Three days later the bed arrived. Very impressed with this company.

This company never fail to do their best. I placed an online order on Friday afternoon and it arrived the next day. Most places would have sent an order to arrive the following week. The prices are excellent and it is a family owned business which I will always try to support over large corporations. Thank you Ormskirk.

Fantastic product at a very good price. Excellent communication concerning processing order and very quick delivery.

Nothing negative I can say. The products are well priced, and the customer service was quick and helpful.
Will be recommending this company to anyone with pets

I've used Ormskirk pets for a long while now and I find them to be a good reliable family run business. No order is to small to receive there outstanding service. Only last week when I ordered after purchasing i realised that I had appointments so I would be unable to receive my order, I contacted them and they rearrange my order to suit me. Another great thing about this family run business is they answer your emails enquiries supper fast. And a few occasions there have been a few surprises in my orders extra products and toys that my Beautiful dog will enjoy. So thumbs up and carry on your excellent customer service. Mr Ron Lines.

Great prices, big range and the customer service is brilliant

Brilliant selection of goods and fast first class service and delivery.

Placed an order in good faith. 3 out of 12 items I ordered were not the right ones. Nearly a whole month and I still haven’t got my refund - it’s less than £10 and the time and stress in still trying to get my refund processed is very poor indeed. Now they seem to have stopped replying to me! Ormskirk - please issue the £12.09 refund including the postage you agreed to refund.

Having had a subscription for over 18 months, without any issues, it's disappointing that the most recent order has been problematic.
Once money is taken for the order, I normally expect the delivery via the dreaded Evri within a few days.
It hasn't happened in this case and when I chased Ormskirk by email they tell me it's out of stock/delayed.
Why they couldn't let me know as not having the order when expected meant I had to source dog food elsewhere at a higher price.
Let's hope it's a one off

Easy to place order, which was shipped the same day. Highly recommended.

Ordered at 2am Monday 5th. Paid extra for express delivery (1-2 working days). Its now Friday 9th and I havent heard a thing and its still not here. I have emailed twice and been ignored. Won't be using this company ever again

I’ve been using this company for 2 years now. Great prices, prompt delivery every time!

When I requested an earlier delivery on a subscription dog food order, they did it straight away. Great customer support and very fair prices.

Good website, cheap prices(everyone's favourite) fast delivery.
My daughter is a professional Dog-groomer, I'm sure she will be impressed.

Perfect service as always been a regular customer for a while now because the prices very competitive great service informed regarding the order from start to finish couldn’t be happier with the way ormskirk pets operate

It's a great business very quick in it's delivery and the products are always superb

Found a favourite treat item which I could no longer fine elsewhere. Ordered and despatched in bulk the same day. Super quick service every time!

I bought the Mudventure jacket for my Golden Retriever. It's the best thing I've bought this year, it is fantastic. In this weather he's always filthy and takes so long to dry, once I've rinsed him down. With this jacket, he's spotless apart from the little parts that are showing. It is waterproof when it rains and he even goes swimming in it. It does go through a little to the inside of the jacket when he swims, but it doesn't wet his fur. Love it, happy dog mum.
