Ormskirk Pets Recenzje

Great prices and exemplary customer service. I forgot to add a
Discount to an order but they applied it retrospectively by refunding my account within the hour and on
a Sunday too! I've used Ormskirk Pets for years as they have the cheapest prices but I also really value good customer service and this will ensure that I don't ever go elsewhere!

Ormskirk Pets had exactly what I wanted, I cannot fault their efficient and speedy service. Here on the Isle of Man I could only find small bags of the bird seed I wanted if I had bought the same quantity of those I would have paid double what this wonderful little business charged.

Terrible customer service I requested a refund as my item never arrived and was totally ignored. Parcel turned up 2 weeks later with no apology very disappointing

Hi always good service good value for money product order excellent

Excellent service. Ormskirk Pets offered a fantastic deals on treats for my parrot, which I ordered. When they had a small delay due to supply issues they upgraded my delivery option to next day delivery to avoid any further delay. So great price, great communication and great product. Thank you

Cheapest price for K9 dog harness. Arrived on time and packaged well. Would recommend and will use again

The products I had ordered were out of stock but Ormskirk Pets emailed me straight away, refunded the additional postage I had paid for quick delivery and agreed to send as soon as in stock. True to their word, refund received and products despatched exactly when they promised, including fast delivery. Great service and products, will definitely use again. Thank you.

I was kept informed about order process and the goods were dispatched as soon as they were back in stock. Friendly efficient service.

So pleased to have found Ormskirk Pets (can't remember how but likely a Google search for a particular product). Prices are incredibly good value, great service and updates. It's lovely to be able to support a family run business too. Very happy to continue ordering and trying different products. Thank you so much.

I ordered 3 Puppy toys and two of items arrived in the wrong colour and 1 item was not what I ordered. When I emailed to say that my order was incorrect I was told that these toys came in different colours and that it is random what colours you get.
Think this is really out of order and I will never order from this company again.

Brilliant value and quality for my collies "chewies'. The only problem I have is with courier service EVRI, my parcel was delivered miles away!! and it was only the consideration of the homes occupier who took the time and trouble to bring it to me that I actually received it

Always an excellent service with unbeatable prices.
Keep coming back!

Excellent value & quality.
The service I received is way beyond superb, the best I have experienced in many a year.

Got a little heatable/heartbeat bunny toy for my little puppy who is coming home next month. So happy to support a small business x

Excellent service from local family run business 5 stars all day long 👍

Ordered a hamster surprise box for ten pound what a waste of money. The items inside where broken and one of the biscuits was out of date and broken. The itens where probably worth £5 at the most.
Very surprised as iv never had a problem with them before.

Came across this company whilst looking for Applaws cat food selling just one flavour. Ormskirkpets was the only company I found and fast delivery. I will continue using them from now on.

Just bought Taste of the Wild Pacific Stream from Ormskirk Pets. Very competitive price and fast delivery by Evri.
Great service thankyou.

Bought from Ormskirk Pets a few times now. I find their prices very competitive and their service excellent.

Brilliant service. Was hunting down jumbo carrot sticks for our Husky. We normally get them on Amazon but for some reason they are out of stock or there’s an alternative with a 4 week wait. Googled the carrot sticks, came across this page and found them straight away, price wasn’t more which was a bonus. Saw that it’s a family run business which made me like them more. Was sent the tracking code the next morning. High recommend.
