Had my eye exam in the St Enoch centre was seen by aisha and shiona very good service

Went to the Blantyre store for an eye test and to order new glasses. The experience was really great and way less stress inducing than I expected. Jenna and Natalie were lovely and made the whole thing stress free. Both ladies were amazing at explaining how the process worked and assisting the whole way through!

I visited it at the St Enoch Centre and it was a pleasant experience. The optician were very helpful and did a thorough eye checkup. Yvonne helped me with understanding my prescription and the next steps. Thanks.

To start with, I just want to say that the team at the Maidstone branch; Andras, Adrian and Heather, are absolutely brilliant, and have been a great help with what is truthfully a really big decision.

I had my initial consultation back in January, where I learnt that my years of trusting a chain optician had resulted in me wearing the completely wrong prescription, which made me ineligible for laser eye surgery at the time. I was incredibly disappointed and horrified to learn this, but the team at Maidstone were very supportive. They made it clear it wasn’t a never, it was a not right now. I was advised that I needed to wear the correct prescription for 3-6 months, and try again. They even provided me with a 3 month supply of the correct contact lenses free of charge.

Six months gone, I went back, still half expecting to be told I was ineligible. Adrian remembered me and was incredibly welcoming. Heather was very supportive and reassuring. Andras was knowledgable and shared his own experience with having laser eye surgery.

The moment I found out was eligible, I was ecstatic, and probably a little manic, but the team seemed to realise just how important this was for me. I am now booked for my surgery in Dartford, and cannot wait to simply be able to see in just over a month and half’s time.

The only negative I have, which was largely my own fault, was the price I had in my head was half the price quoted. I mistakenly took the prices on the website as gospel, when they are simply a ‘prices starting from’ guide and obviously vary due to complexity. My very high prescription is inevitably more expensive!

If you are considering laser eye surgery, I highly recommend booking an initial consultation. If Maidstone is your nearest centre then you are very lucky as you will have a great team looking after you!

I contacted optical express about multifocal lenses but my scans revealed i'd be unsuitable , however the opthalomist pardon spelling informed me I had a condition called dry eye and the onset of cataracts .... A few weeks later and drops had cleared up my dry eye . He suggested the EDOF lense . Last week I had the procedure in Bristol and I'm over the moon with the results . No more glasses for me unless I need to read the extra small print on some labels . I have to give them all 10/10 and special thanks to my surgeon Anne Marie ( if I'm allowed to name names ) She was brilliant . I felt no pain or disomfort at all . Again a big thankyou .

I visited the St Enoch Centre for my normal Eye Test. The staff were very helpful and accommodating ensuring the appointment was quick, efficient and went smoothly.

Welcoming friendly and professional staff who all made my visit a very positive experience today at the Paisley branch. My thanks to Carole for explaining everything and her excellent care during the eye test and to Dawn and Marann for their wonderful care and attention.

My optician for many years and the service is thorough and friendly. It feels like being part of a community. I popped in today to check on contact lenses and Mariann, Carole the optometrist and Dawn were so kind and helpful.

I booked an appointment at Optical Express, Great Victoria, Belfast on 23rd July 2026.
The receptionist Deborah was extremely supportive and knowledgable and could not do enough for me.
Tiernan, who carried out some of the tests really put me at ease, fabulous personality.
Also, Mary the Optometrist was friendly, through and explained the processes to me.

Was greeted by Kaci from start to finish she was really helpful answered all my questions and put a lot of my worries at ease, Simon did my eye test he was extremely knowledgeable and again answered all my questions and any concerns I had.

Popped in today on the off chance I could get my frames adjusted.
Was made to feel welcome and Sandra was very accommodating.
Fixed my frames without any trouble, will definitely visit this store again.

Jenny fixed my glasses when I’d bent them by accident for no charge. Much appreciated thank you!

Right from the moment we entered the shop in Blantyre the 3 staff were very curtious,welcoming and knowledgable. They dealt with me efficiently and the eye test was the best and most indepth i have ever had by Sonny. Natalie advised me on frames and thanks to her knowledge i am sincerely delighted with my choices of frames and lenses.

Couldn’t have asked for a better person to assist me than Owen in Glasgow, from start to finish was perfect and very well presented. Clinic was very clean and smart and had a lovely welcome from reception. My optom was great also (sorry forgot her name!). Would recommend

Elli and Ahmed were very helpful and patient. They were very clear with their explanations as I am very hard of hearing.

Excellent all round performance

Went to optical express White City: I was unfortunately 20 minutes late and they saw me immediately. They did numerous scans and I saw a specialist on the same day - they concluded I actually don’t need corrective eye surgery. They also tested my vision to see if I needed to update my prescription, all completed within one hour! Super efficient and a great process! Thanks to name to Nikita and Hanan (the specialist).

Had a sight test in ST.Enochs today. Yvonne gave information.
