Very happy! I want to thank Beta and the team at optical express in haymarket. I was a bit tentative about the process before but it couldn’t have gone smoother. It’s now been a month since I had the surgery and I couldn’t be happier.

I attended my appointment today at the Gyle and all the staff were lovely. Thank you so much to Cynthia, Alison, Sharon, Gayle, Donna and Caitlin.

Used the Clapham branch for my initial consultation and one month checkup for laser eye surgery. Staff were friendly and I was seen to quickly. Happy with the results of the laser eye surgery

Had appointment with Kiran and Adele which was great kept me informed and a seamless process for lens replacement consultation.

I had a consultation to see about potentially getting laser eye surgery and everyone who was there were absolutely love and friendly, special thanks to Carie as she went above and beyond and she was super reassuring and very friendly and an overall star, couldn't give more praise for how I was treated which is appreciated as someone with autism and anxiety, overall lovely experience honestly from everyone there

I had an excellent consultation at Optical Express in Bradford with my optometrist, Qais, and patient advisor, Sadaf. From the moment I arrived, they were both welcoming, approachable, and professional, making me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment.

They took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all of my questions thoroughly, so I never felt rushed or hesitant to ask anything. Their knowledge and patience really helped me understand the procedure and what to expect.

What gave me the most confidence was hearing about their own personal experiences with laser eye surgery. It was incredibly reassuring to receive advice from people who had actually been through the same journey themselves, rather than simply explaining it from a professional perspective. Their first-hand experience made the consultation feel genuine and authentic, and it gave me the confidence and reassurance I needed to move forward.

Overall, it was an outstanding experience, and I would highly recommend Optical Express Bradford to anyone considering laser eye surgery.

Went in to fix my sunglasses today. Helped by Caitlin, fixed them with no charge. While waiting I had lovely conversations with Sharron, Donna, Gayle and Tegan. Coming up for my eye test and will definitely be coming here! Such friendly and helpful service.

Susan, the consultant in the Paisley branch was absolutely amazing.
She listened to my concerns that were dismissed by another competitor optician chain. She identified a foreign object lodged under my upper eye lid and saved me from the pain and eye damage couod have been caused.
Every staff member was attentative and knew how to do their job efficiently.
My to go optician from now on.

Lens replacement surgery .
From day 1 I have been more than happy to deal with optical express, ALL the team are so very friendly I had all my appointments at the Brighton branch and my procedure at Dartford, Dr Amir Mani was so caring and reassuring throughout, the team at Dartford were also so very friendly and made me feel quite relaxed as I was quite anxious having previously had a pterygium ( which is an extremely painful procedure)removed several years ago on the NHS. At every appointment in Brighton the whole team which are Adam, Ollie, Lee, Danielle, Dilara and Bobby made me feel very welcome and we all had lovely chats and laughs ,not clinical at all , tea coffee and biscuits always on hand, so sorry to be signed off as I will miss them all, thank you guys for giving me my eyesight back , I would recommend this procedure with optical express as would my husband who had this done with them 8 years ago and never looked back ( pun intended) . Thank you guys for giving us our eyesight back xx

Provided hight quality service and was extremely patient with me. She is a very pleasent person to deal with.

I went in with some broken sunglasses from the sunglasses hut, they were unable to help me despite purchasing from them. Optical express fixed my sunglasses within a matter of minutes and for free! They were so helpful.

I visited the Glasgow store with my gran for her cataract consultation, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, everyone was welcoming and professional.

A special mention has to go to Owen, who looked after us throughout the consultation. He made my gran feel completely at ease, taking the time to explain everything clearly and never making us feel rushed. His patience, kindness, and genuine care made what could have been a daunting appointment a really positive experience.

Excellent customer service can make all the difference, and Owen went above and beyond to ensure my gran felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. He is a real credit to the team, and we left feeling reassured and very well looked after. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Kirkintilloch branch was excellent- Blair tested my eyes and was great and explained everything really well. Louise helped me to choose my glasses and gave me brilliant advice.

I recently contacted optical express in Maidstone with regards to lens replacement, I initially spoke to Adrian who I found very pleasant and chatty, he gave me lots of information on this procedure and arranged an appointment for me. On arrival for my appointment I had several scans and chats with Heather who again was very informative, she explained everything about the scans and what they were for she also sorted all my up and coming appointments. Shortly after I met the optometrist Andras who I found to be very cheerful and chatty, he went through everything with regards to the lens surgery along with lots of info. I must say this team of people at the Maidstone clinic have a mindful of information which certainly puts you at ease, I would highly recommend them to anyone, what a stress free and pleasant experience, I’m now looking forward to having the lens replacement surgery
