SCAM!! TOTAL SCAM SITE DO NOT USE. Left me without a ticket to Wales v Denmark Euros match tomorrow. I live in Netherlands and wasn't aware Wales fans weren't allowed to buy tickets from UEFA, so I googled it. This came up and looked legit. TOTAL SCAM. Paid €212 and continuously lied and put me off via email and live chat. Then website went down. But back up now. Don't use these in a million years. Total con artists. Will report to the police.

Total scam - stole hundreds of pounds for two supposed EURO tickets. No tickets and no way to contact them. NEVER USE THEM

I concur with all the negative reviews already written after being conned out of hundreds of pounds for two European Championship tickets that never arrived. Try contacting them by hone and email and you will realise that this company must not be legitimate or honest. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

DO NOT USE - Scammers - they do not hvae the tickets to sell. Emails ignored and the tickets for a Premier League game never arrived despite all assurances. No one picks up the phone and you are left in limbo. I wish I could give no stars

Onlineticketexpress is definitively a scam. They will never answer the phone, their mails are expedited, no discussion possible. I asked to cancel a Euro 2020 ticket as UEFA will put tickets in ballot due to Covid and they respond that the credit will be applied for future use. No refund.
I wish I visited Trustpilot before my ticket purchase. I will complain to the European Anti-Fraud econsumer.gov.

This Website is a SCAM. Not honest at all. Stole thousands of Euros from sport loving fans such as myself then doesn't bother again. I am surprise this Website is still operational and even more surprised it's based out of Dubai. I've lodge a case with Dubai Municipality. Dubai is strict on such things. I got coned out of almost 1000 Euros for Premier league tickets in 2020 for Matches that was eventually played behind closed doors. Refund never came nor an email reply despite dozens of email. No valid telephone number. This person is making a living out stealing from people. So wrong! One day i guess karma will catch up with him or her.

Ho già segnalato questo sito. Dopo quasi 4 mesi non ho ricevo risposte o rimborsi. Ovviamente non ho mai ricevuto i biglietti. In ogni caso ho contattato AGCOM per iniziare una pratica in modo che altre persone non vengano derubate del loro denaro e tempo. Invito a fare lo stesso.
Non credo che riceverò mai un rimborso ma vorrei evitare che altre persone vengano truffate.

Made the purchase for 3 tickets for a football (soccer) game and never received them and of course was not offered a refund. It's just a rip off. I believe that some people do eventually get their tickets, but do you want to play against the odds especially with so many better more credible service providers in the market.

Ignored all refund requests. I did charge back through my bank and got a full refund. This is the only way to get your money back. Then remember never to use this scam company again.

Suite à l'annulation de la rencontre prévue en Avril entre Manchester City et Liverpool, je demande depuis plus de 2 mois un remboursement de mes places (ou du moins d'une partie) et je ne reçois que des mails bidons disant qu'ils reviendront vers moi dans les 48h, ils m'ont renvoyé vers une adresse spéciale COVID et finalement aucune réponse et c'est l'adresse mail de départ qui me réponds encore qu'ils reviendront vers moi dans les 24H.
Une horreur !!!! Plus jamais je fais appel à un site de ce genre, un désastre quand on est amoureux de foot...

Never buy tickets via this organization!!!

I bought tickets for the match Manunited- Sheffield in March 2020.
This match was first rescheduled and later on skipped. I never got my money (almost 500 euro) back. And since summer 2020 they are not reacting to my mails.

Op 14 februari 2020 bestelde ik 2 kaartjes voor de match Chelsea - Manchester City op 31 maart. Hiervoor betaalde ik de live som van € 439, =!!

De wedstrijd werd eerst uitgesteld en later helemaal gecancelled. Ondanks vele mails en aanmaningen heb ik tot op heden geen cent terug ontvangen.

In het begin kreeg ik nog antwoorden op mijn mails (het wordt binnenkort terugbetaald, etc) maar de laatste maanden krijg ik zelfs geen enkele reactie.

M.I. is dit pure oplichting/frauduleus.

Compré dos entradas para roland garros y por el CoVId finalmente no fuimos. Previamente, ellos me habían dicho que me devolvían el dinero y aún estoy esperando después de dos meses. Ademas no contestan a los correos ni el numero de teléfono que aparece en la web

Une arnaque. J'attends depuis 3 mois le remboursement de mes places (enfin, seulement une partie de la somme payée en raison de leur CGV qu'il est impossible de consulter sur leur site) d'un évènement annulé suite au Covid.
Pendant 3 mois ils me demandent de patienter car ils mettent du temps à effectuer tous les remboursements, pour aujourd'hui recevoir un mail qui m'informe que je dispose d'un avoir de la totalité de la somme à utiliser sur leur site (il fallait choisir entre un rembrousement d'une partie de la somme ou un avoir de la somme totale à réutiliser chez eux).
NE PRENEZ RIEN CHEZ EUX. J'ai malheureusement lu trop tard les commentaires de ce qui n'ont jamais reçu leur place, mais ca ne m'étonne même pas.

This company is 100% a scam!!! Any good reviews are written by them directly to look good to customers.

They took £300 of my money for tickets, and when I asked for a refund they said they done it already but can take a few months because of covid. It's now been 6 months. Such a lie! They will only take your money and you'll get nothing for what you purchase.

Total utter scam ! Do not buy from this company ! Lessons learned.

A fuir....,commande passée en Mars 2020 pour un match du Real à Madrid en Juin 2020.La commande a été annulée à la suite du Covid et le match c’est joué à huis clos. Ils m’ont répondu fin juin que je serai remboursé dans les trente jours... j'envoie des mails et j’attends toujours le remboursement - on est fin-septembre 2020 et à ce jour toujours rien.... je n'arrive meme plus à me connecter sur mon compte de leur site avec mon identifiant et mon mot de passe,ils sont refusés....?
