This company is a scam. My ticket refund for Barcelona Fc game which was played in empty stadium in May has not been given despite them confirming that the refund was sent more than 60 days ago. They have now stopped responding to my mails. Its a pure criminal organisation.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS WHO WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY TICKETS NOR A REFUND.
USE A REPUTABLE FIRM NOT SCAMMERS LIKE THIS CROWD!

NEVER, and I mean NEVER ORDER FROM THIS VENDOR.
I lost 260 euros on 2 tickets for Manchester United - Sheffield United because their support LIED to me that they'd refund the money to me after the game was played behind closed doors.
They're not picking up their phones, they're either ignoring emails or respond in a rude and obnoxious matter. I am fuming over how this website screws people over.
PEOPLE, DON'T ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE, SUE THEM IF YOU'VE BEEN IN MY CASE.

Fuyez !!!! Commande passée en décembre 2019 pour un match À Dortmund en février 2020. Ils ont annulé la commande le jour même du match (heureusement qu’il n’y avait pas de location de logement d’ailleurs !). Depuis, je les harcèle de mails (car que faire d’autre ?) et j’attends toujours le remboursement - on est fin juillet 2020.

I have purchased tickets from onlineticketexpress.com for Rolland Garros but the French Open has postponed Schedules due to Covid19 and reimbursed everyone.
I’ve been trying to contact them for a month and they simply ignore emails and leave their phone on automatic message.
This is obviously a Fraudulent company.

ES UNA ESTAFA. Me vendieron unas entradas para un Barsa Madrid que entregaron, y en la puerta del Bernabéu me entero que son falsas! Falsas! Son unos estafadores, por favor no compren en Online Ticket Express, después de casi 2 años no me han devuelto el dinero. Coloque la denuncia en la Policía de Madrid.

Very bad experience! Tavel to Madrid to watch real vs mancity, 4hours before the game received email they cannot deliver tickets with a sorry..
If this was not enough I’m waiting already 3months on refund. Sent already 20emails 20calls and still waiting.
Use any other way but not onlineticketexpress!!! :(

Die gekauften ticket habe ich nie erhalten, auch keine Benachrichtigung darüber, dass der Event storniert wurde, habe ich selber rausgefunden. Meine mail wurde beantwortet, allerdings nicht in meiner Muttersprache. Ich bekam eine mail zurück, in der mir mitgeteilt wurde, dass nur auf englisch kommuniziert werden kann, was unverschämt ist, wenn man bedenkt, dass die Firma international Werbung auf verschiedenen Sprachen macht und beim Kauf die englische Sprache nicht nötig war. Namentlich unterschrieben wurde die mail auch nicht und bei Nachfrage einer Rückzahlung wurde nur darauf hingewiesen, die allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen zu lesen. Dort wird man an den Veranstalter verwiesen, der allerdings (mit Recht) alle Verantwortung für woanders gekaufte Tickets strikt ablehnt. Erwartet hätte ich mindestens die Gültigkeit der Tickets für die gleiche Veranstaltung zu einem anderen Zeitpunkt oder eine Gutschrift, aber weder das noch Rückzahlung hat für mich betrügerische Züge. Niemals wieder werde ich diese Firma benutzen und Negativwerbung machen, wo ich kann.

j'ai acheté deux tickets pour le match de la ligue des champions entre Real Madrid et Manchester City pour un montant de 500 Euros. je devais recevoir mes tickets 72 heures avant le match à mon hôtel à Madrid mais rien. je recevais un e-mail tous les jours pendant les dernières 72 heures m'informant que la livraison sera pour le lendemain. Jusqu’au 26 février 2020, jour du match, ou je reçois un e-mail m'informant que le vendeur n'a pas pu me livrer les tickets, et que je ne recevrai jamais mes tickets et que je serai remboursé dans les 30 Jours.
Deux mois sont passés, mais je n'ai toujours pas été remboursé. je les appelles par téléphone pour réclamer mon argent, ça ne répond presque jamais, et quand ils répondent c'est toujours la même réponse "Vous serez contactés dans les 48h par le service comptabilité". ?e n'ai jamais été contacté par leur service comptabilité!!!!!!
C'est la pire des arnaques, impossible de me faire rembourser malgré mes e-mails et mes appels!!!!!!

Do not use them!! They refuse to refund my money even though he match is CANCELLED due to Covid19!! Which is completely out of my control. I spent €250 on tickets as a Christmas present and I can’t even get the money back!!! Disgusted!!
They offered 30% which means I’d lose most of the money for a match that isn’t happening!!!

What a bunch of scammers! I purchased 3 tickets for a PSG game in April. The entire league is suspended and now they are telling me tickets are non-refundable! Can you get any lower with everything that is going on? Honestly Spanish authorities should ban this company from doing business.

I recently bought 2 tickets to a Champions League game, costing around £400. Even before the game was to be played behind closed doors and now inevitably postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic, their level of service and communications response has been shocking. They can go from not replying for 4-5 days, to replying at 12:30 at night - don’t even bother trying to call their ‘official’ we site number, you’ll have more chance getting into pandora’s box or finding El Dorado.

After the game was to be played behind closed doors, I was offered a ‘partial’ refund of around 40%. I said that to receive a percentage of my rightful full amount is pathetic and unethical, informing the business that they cannot profit from an event to which the fans cannot attend and want all of my money back.

I have since cancelled my trip to the CL, getting my money back from decent & honest airlines and hotel companies, but I am still in dispute with this woeful existence of a company to get back what is rightfully mine and what is just.

I stress that no one ever buy from this sham of a business - take your hard earned money elsewhere.

The worst online buying experience ever. They cancelled the tickets just the night before the event, but they had taken my money two months ago. Until now they have not confirmed any refund or compensation. They do not answer the phone and they do not respond to my emails. Please be aware and never ever use their services

I recommend that you never use this company. They promised to refund tickets I bought by mistake and that is now more than 3 weeks ago. I have not yet received any refund whatsoever. Sending them emails is useless since they never respond to the. Trying to reach them by phone is near impossible. I once managed to get through but then the connection was severed.

I bought 2 tickets for a champions league match (189 euro each) and I got 2 tickets for an inferior category (130 euro each).
They delivered the tickets with only 2 hours before start.
I try to call them for almost 2 hours, but they were always busy so I couldn't tack to anyone.
I don't recommend this seller.
